Those who threaten legal action hoist a red flag: Andrew Bell & Red Rock

Reading through my articles from three months ago, to weed out typos, I was struck by THIS ONE about Red Rock Resources (RRR) when the shares were 0.1425p. The shares are now just 0.0825p despite the appointment of Mr. David Lenigas as a special consultant tasked with ramping the share price on twitter and telegram, oops I meant “tasked with creating sustainable shareholder value.

Nate Anderson of Hindenburg serves up a reminder of why anyone owning Genflow Biosciences is off the scale insane

My bearishness about Standard Listed Genflow Biosciences (GENF) started the day of its January 2022 IPO at 8p. The shares are now just 1.5p. The company was created by convicted pump and dump penny share fraudster Ron Bauer and his long time known associate Adrian Beeston who still - they claim- own 20% with an effective in price of 0.2p. Bauer is wanted on new charges in the US and faces 85 years in the slammer if, again, found guilty as you can see HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I just hate being lied to

Yes i did have a long chat with Harry Adams of Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) yesterday but I was not lied to and, put it this way, I am not going to sell my shares. I also ad a long chat with someone close to BlueBird Merchant Ventures (BMV) and am not selling there either. It is all go. I start with the lying and it was blatant lying by the BBC on Ukraine. Then it is onto how morally indefensible it is for loss making companies to spaff cash on vanity, ref John Lewis and what was Wandisco (WAND). Finally with reference to those high yielding FTSE 100 stocks, I am in no doubt that Labour will bollocks it all up even more than the useless Tories but think that risk is also discounted.

Visual Aid: GDP Growth Forecasts by Country in 2024

Resilient GDP growth and falling inflation are spurring a brighter outlook for 2024, although cautions remain across global economies. As countries around the world maneuver a complex landscape, they are faced with a scope of risks that include inflationary spikes, rising debt loads, and dwindling consumer savings.

The View From The Montana Log-Cabin As Gold Holds The Line……Yawn!

The yellow stuff is still going nowhere fast. This week saw a dip below $2,000 and then a recovery to close at $2,013: a good test of $2,000 but ultimately Gold remains wedged between $2,000 and $2,080 – the big yawn continues.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: making Bara Brith, death threat for the Lemming & I really warm to buying high yield insurers and banks

I start with the Bara Brith, explaining what it is that Joshua and I have made and why. Photos tomorrow. Then it is onto insurers lie Legal & General (LGEN) as well as banks like NatWest (NWG) and, citing a real expert, I explain why I am increasingly tempted. Then it is onto the death threat for the Lemming Investor. It is to do with Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and the perp is almost certainly one of those emboldened by Giles Balleny at Cavendish (CAV) who should now be truly ashamed for that. It makes me consider what Britain is becoming and how, if my circumstances were different, I'd be emigrating and will encourage all my kids to do just that.

Crime does not pay? Really. Just 11 months inside for insider dealing and fraud for Mohammed Zina of Goldman Sachs

The insider dealer here, Mohammed Zina, was young but abused his position at Goldman Sachs to engage in multiple cases of insider dealing with money he obtained fraudulently with home loans from Tesco. Zina was a rank amateur crook as you can see below. However..

Ricardo plc – a value Buy following trading update?...

Shares in environmental and engineering consulting company Ricardo plc (RCDO) commenced 2024 by rising back towards 500p having exceeded 600p in the prior year. They are now though back to some way below such levels, but a recent trading update sees us consider that they can exceed 600p again and, with a useful dividend whilst we wait for capital gains, they are a Buy.

John Lewis Staff magazine shocker: imagine working in this woke gulag

Due to its serial failures under Dame Sharon White, c11,000 employees (partners) at John Lewis will be getting their P45s over the next couple of years. At least they will miss the torture of the inhouse staff magazine "Identity," a 32 page publication celebrating LGBTQ history month sent to all 70,000 (current) staff. I bring you a competition from this publication and you will be horrified.

Sewage on the Loose? Who You Gonna Call? This Polished Cleaning Outfit is on the Way Up, a penny share buy to gain 50%

Hello Share Mates. Have you ever stopped to consider how much the act of cleaning steals from modern life. Nobody likes talking about it, but it has to be done. I’ve started my spring cleaning early and begrudge every bit of it. But it got me thinking about a cleaning company called React (REAT).

Dialight – reckons after 10 years as a director of the company, CEO and board both decided on the same day that the CEO would leave!

Considering itself a “global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications”, Dialight (DIA) has announced a CEO change with non-executive director Steve Blair to now become CEO as “by mutual agreement with the board, Fariyal Khanbabi has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the company with immediate effect”. So the board and Fariyal both just decided, after 10 years as a board director, on the same day that Fariyal would leave did they?!

Microsalt: wonder IPO or ludicrous price?

Microsalt (SALT) tried to raise £10-15 million ahead of an IPO last October but for some unexplained reason, Nomad Zeus postponed the IPO. On 1 February it joined the AIM sewer after raising £3.15 million gross (£2.5 million net) at 43p giving an £18.5 million valuation. Today, after announcing what it termed a “vital” deal earlier this week, the shares are 112.5p so valuing it at just over £48 million. Really?
