Tom Winnifrith Bearcast – my longest for many months but, IMHO, jolly entertaining
Fear not: no waffle; this is not bad. I start with Rishi Sunak, his Mrs, and tax non-payment. Then, I look at: Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), caught telling another monster porky today; Vast Resources (VAST); Omega Diagnostics (ODX); Victoria Plumbing (VIP); Arden Partners (ARDN); Ince (INCE); and a new uber dog on the Standard List – Ajax Resources (AJAX), another overvalued example of crony capitalism.

Attraqt – 2021 results, well positioned to deliver on growth strategy?
Previously writing on provider of online search, merchandising and personalisation solutions for ecommerce Attraqt Group (ATQT), in July with the shares at 42.5p I noted my previous review noting underlying cash burn and that the valuation looked at least to have very little scope for any trading disappointment. So what of 2021 results announced today?…

Very Funny Alex Cartoon on WFH
Alex Masterley put his Telegraph cartoon out on twitter today so I guess it is already in the public domain and as it is rather funny and utterly offensive I commend it to your attention. Enjoy.

BREAKING EXPOSE: Another $8 million MONSTER LIE from the snake oil salesmen at Canadian Overseas Petroleum
Adding to the grotesquely deceptive and misleading RNS of April 1, and the failure to inform investors of numerous covenant breaches, I now expose another $8 million PORKY PIE from the Snake Oil salesmen at Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL). This should shock even the FCA into action.

Deltex Medical – 2021 results, my cash flow concerns justified?...
Previously writing on Deltex Medical Group (DEMG), in February I concluded cash flow concerns meant, at least ahead of further results insight, I continued to avoid. It has now announced 2021 results.

Bonhill – trading update, fundraise for working capital or to avert cash crunch ahoy?...
Previously writing on B2B media group Bonhill (BONH), in July with the shares falling below 13p I concluded that, with much near-term recovery needed to meet forecasts, only on my watchlist. Today a “Directorate changes, Fundraising & Trading Update” announcement – and the shares currently further lower to 5.5p.

888, William Hill and mad deal excitement
Are you excited to read that the FTSE-250 company 888 Holdings (888) – which regards itself as “one of the world’s leading online betting and gaming companies” – has pushed its share price up over 25% today after announcing progress with its efforts to buy the international (non-US) business of William Hill? After all we all know that online betting and gaming is seeing more and more demand. But will it be paying too much in an area which is already highly competitive?

Ince and Arden – even the Oxymorons agree with me on Conflicts of Interest – deal blocked
When professional services group, Ince (INCE), announced that it was buying its own, subscale, Nomad Arden Partners (ARDN), I suggested this posed such humungous conflicts of interest that it was a duff deal. Ince, advised by Arden, disagreed. Ho. Ho. Ho.

In less than three months: 1.57p, 1.24p, 0.86p, 0.77p and now just 0.59p – the Atlas death spiral pushes Vast Resources shares ever closer & ever faster to 0p
By the end of April, worthless, deceitful and pointless AIM-sewer-listed Vast Resources (VAST) has promised to refinance its Atlas death spiral with a bunch of Swiss gents. But with $5.5 million outstanding on the loan, the market cap, at 0.625p, down to £2.3 million, and a high risk of bankruptcy, maybe the Swiss are getting cold feet. Hence…

Grafenia – “Pre-close statement and trading update”, how’s the overall balance sheet?
Approaching a year ago I wrote on Grafenia (GRA) concluding that with the uncertainties, I could understand the market’s caution of the £6.4 million market capitalisation and avoided. What now of a “Pre-close statement and Trading Update”?…

Canadian Overseas Petroleum Responds with hilarous & libellous smears about Tom Winnifrith and more deception of its sap investors
This is both hilarious and libellous. What Canadian (COPL) has said about me is untrue and defamatory, as its limp-dick advisors at PR Yellow Jersey know full well. However, it is what Canadian fails (again) to say that is critical. It is still deceiving its investors massively, and, thus, the smart money will use the spike it has created to add to its shorts.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Does Victorian Plumbing join the 2021 IPO roll call of shame and greed? Is CEO share buying a spoof?
I start with thoughts on changes in the divorce laws, then discuss: Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL); Sosandar (SOS), Avacta (AVCT); and finally, in detail, Victorian Plumbing (VIC).

BREAKING: Canadian Overseas Petroleum - the rule breaking and deception gets much worse - the FCA must act NOW
Yesterday, I exposed how Standard-Listed Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) misled and deceived investors, by hiding company-threatening matters from them in a final results RNS. But this is only the tip of the deception iceberg. Canadian has been deceiving its shareholders for months and months. So, this scandal gets far worse, as I explain below. Surely the FCA has to act….
