Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: You thought my Tomco New article was an illiterate typo - au contraire!
First up I again mention booking your MineProphets tickets for July 18. I hope to have more news on speakers shortly but book ahead HERE. secondly my local MP, understandably, hates me and is not very bright so may not act on my Versarien (VRS) letter so I beg you to send one to your MP. Then I discuss Tomco (TOM), its news today and how clever I am before tackling Mosman (MSMN), as it tries a multi-currency turd polish.

Air Partner – following “the business has continued to perform well ahead of budget in May”...
I concluded on aircraft charter and aviation safety & security consulting and training company Air Partner (AIR) in May with the shares around 50p that they were at least worth continuing to monitor and possibly a small, speculative buy and most recently last month, with they rising above 80p, that the outlook suggests to me it at least worth those in here continuing to hold. Now a further update from the company...

Versarien: I have sent the letter below to my MP in Wrexham and urge you to send to your MP too
I am gravely concerned about the soft loan given to Versarien (VRS) by Innovate UK. It seems to me that rules have been broken and taxpayers cash should not be used in this way. I have, therefore, written to my local MP here in Wrexham, Ms Sarah Atherton, asking her to raise this with the minister responsible, Alok Sharma as soon as possible. I urge you to copy this letter below, adapt it for your local use, and contact your MP too urging him or her to act on this matter at once.

St James House – Sell while you can
Two days ago St James House (SJH) published a trading and finance update and the shares rocketed up 350% to a mid-price of 67.5 pence per share. They have since slumped back to 35p, but that is still 35p too high.

Just how close is Nigel Walker of Innovate UK to Versarien - more on that, arguably, illegal loan
I pointed out yesterday that £5 million of your cash as a taxpayer is going to the serial liars at Versarien (VRS) via Innovate UK when Versarien quite clearly does not qualify for such funding. I have asked Innovate boss Nigel Walker to explain this but he has declined to comment. However, as his tweets below show, Nigel has been very close to Versarien and its corpulent boss Neill Ricketts for three years.

Forterra – less than a month after arguing (and I questioning) “well positioned”… discounted placing...
Forterra (FORT) “announces the successful completion of the non-pre-emptive placing… raising gross proceeds of approximately £55 million… at a price of 195 pence per placing share”… but less than a month ago it argued, with the shares above 200p, “well positioned to take advantage of the attractive long-term market fundamentals in order to continue delivering sustainable shareholder value”!...

Oi FastJet where is that trading statement you promised? Or are you too busy negotiating with the Fat Lady?
My guess is that the long awaited meeting of FastJet (FJET) PLC with a crash landing at Tits Up Airport cannot be postponed for that much longer. It is not as if this company could ever make any money pre Covid. But while I await that moment as one that I celebrate with champagne and noxious phone calls to its journalist smearing motherfucker PRs at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, I remind the company that it had promised us a trading update by Monday at the latest. Specifically, on 8 June it stated:

Why is Eurasia still suspended: letter to morally bankrupt Nomad SP Angel & the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation
The continuing suspension of Eurasia Mining (EUA) makes no sense at all, at least not without another statement from the company on why it is still suspended. What is happening now is in clear breach of AIM rules. Thus an upstanding and concerned citizen who is, I believe, short of the shares though that is irrelevant has written to morally bankrupt Nomad SP Angel and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, demanding that rules be adhered to. The letter is below:

Respectfully Mr Market, you are wrong about DS Smith
Don’t worry, I do not need to be reminded about the story of King Canute but I think the sell-off in shares in the packaging company DS Smith (SMDS) this morning post its full year results does not make a huge amount of sense – and my instinct is that Mr Market has provided investors with an opportunity to build or instigate a position...

KERBOOM: UK Oil & Gas – Just when will it implode?
Why it is whenever I write about UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) just a few days later it vomits up new news? With its prize place in my 2019 Christmas vomit list well justified, even prior to the Loxley ramp, it’s now delivered the killer blow – it has two “fucked” wells at Horse Hill and no cash and absolutely no positive prospects.

Hello, Share Collectors. This is not the first time I’ve recommended you look into companies that provide warehouse space, and the idea has become even more attractive during the pandemic. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - I apologise to the FCA
Thanks for the kind words about looming paternity leave for an old man. Ahead of that the stench is not of nappies but of wrong doing at Versarien (VRS) and at Supply@ME Capital (SYME). I apologise to the FCA over Redcentric (RCN) and offer handy advice to Catenae (CTEA) as the share price goes bonkers. And Darren has fixed everything so please book your seat for MineProphets ( where Ariana (AAU) has just signed up) on July 18 HERE.

Why is the Government breaking its own rules to bail out Versarien?
I realise that Versarien (VRS) boss Neill Ricketts, pictured below, is well connected in Government circles but I simply do not understand how Innovate UK has today agreed to a £5 million loan to his company. Let us be clear, this breaches its own rules. I smell a rat and wonder if Her Majesty;s Loyal opposition might wish to pursue this matter.

Questions for EY (formerly Ernst & Young) ref Airbus
EY - better known as Ernst & Young - is auditor to a few outfits covered here on ShareProphets. It ha had a bit of a run - think Wirecard, NMC Health, Finablr and so on. Some people might view the audit profession as the enabler of fraud, but surely these guys are only human and in that vein I offer up some questions in an open letter with regard to Airbus (EPA: AIR) 'cos I'm just a nice guy. Naturally, there will be hghly satisfactory answers to the questions raised and there is nothing wrong at all, but let's ask them anyway.

Haydale joins the Covid Bandwagon - placing ahoy!
Another day, another AIM dog jumps on the Covid bandwagon – Haydale (HAYD) has announced a new collaboration agreement between its Thai operation, Haydale Technologies (Thailand) Co. Ltd and IRPC Public Company Limited to develop Organic conducting-based printing smart fabric (Contract No. AL.0748/2563), by using Haydale's functionalised technology. Market madness is still apparent: the shares roofed it to 3.225p, up an impressive 57% on the news. So what’s the problem?

Supply@ME Capital – No-one is watching O’Clock admission of £224 million spoof: folks should be in jail for this
At 6.34 PM last night, well past no-one is watching O’Clock, Supply@ME Capital (SYME) snuck out interim results for the 12 months to March 31 2020. It is interims as the company is chaging its accounting date but that period encompasses 8 days as a Standard Listed company following the RTO into Abal Group. The loss? £225.177 million. WTF?
