Toople: placing, Results, What’s not to like? Everything, that is what
Ramped by Bulletin Board Morons, Toople (TOOP) is the sort of uber dog with fleas that should have been shot and put out of its misery eons ago. Today we have results, an acquisition and a bailout placing. Let’s start with the numbers.

Open Orphan, I am a tit who has been played but I am not selling, in fact…
I feel like a right tit this morning. I feel played. No, I have been played. But am I selling my shares in anger, au contraire. I am certainly not as they will march materially higher.

Aston Martin Lagonda is a rich man's plaything
I guess if you are an embattled Aston Martin Lagonda (AML) shareholder then you have a mild spring in your step this morning, with the shares over 25% up. Only another 300+ percent to go until they are back at the IPO price...

The road has been very rocky for BT Group but I can see potential both in the shorter and long term
BT Group (BT.A) has seen its share price drop quickly over the past few months, and following the publication of its quarterly results yesterday and news on Huawei it is trading at close to its lowest share price in recent years.

Centamin – Q4 2019 results, I'm targeting 150p+ for the shares...
Fully-listed Egyptian gold miner Centamin (CEY) has announced Q4 results, including confirmation of its intention to pay an increased full year dividend of 6 US cents per share to add to the 4 cents paid out at the half year. The numbers are, despite missing the target of scraping in line with the full year production target, quite impressive and bode well for the future...

Letter to AIM Regulation – Haydale & its useless Nomad Arden led by infamous Paul Shackleton
Yesterday I showed that AIM-listed Haydale (HAYD) appeared to have been breaking AIM Rule 11 upon the disclosure that a new line in the States had seen commissioning delayed until November, despite the company appearing to have told the market that it had been in commercial production since last June in an RNS dated 15 October – when one now presumes that commissioning was known by the company to be delayed.

Niche Company with a Bulging Order Book Seems Set to Storm Back
Hello Share Swatters. A year ago I commended a niche play called LPA Group (LPA) to your attention. The share price then was 97p. Afterwards, the shares rose about 10% but then began a slow decline, drooping to bottom around 80p about 9 months later. Now the share is above 110p, rising on the back of the company's latest results...

Tern: a reader asks if it is playing fast and loose with revenue recognition
AIM-listed jam-tomorrow investment company Tern (TERN) issued a Portfolio Update the other day which I thought was impressive for all the wrong reasons. An eagle-eyed reader spots that buried in the text was that aggregate turnover across Tern’s principal investees was up by 27% over 2018 – but only on 12 November 2019 we were told that Tern hoped it would be up by 50% on 2018. Oopsie! And that leads to a question over revenue recognition.

Keywords Studios – emphasises “strong growth”… so why an approaching 9% share price fall?
Video games industry services provider Keywords Studios (KWS) has updated on trading, with CEO Andrew Day emphasising “the group has delivered strong growth, particularly from our two largest divisions, Functional Testing and Game Development services” and “our recently enlarged banking facility positions us well to capitalise on this clear opportunity”. The shares have currently responded to around 1250p. Er, approaching 9% lower…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: ValiRx is a false market - why it must issue an RNS now!
In today's podcast I discuss freedom of expression with reference to Alistair Stewart, Andrew Monk, Schroders and a whore's drawers. I look at ValiRx (VAL), the joke that is NEX Exchange Regulation, Oracle Power (ORCP), Andalas Energy (ADL) and Haydale Graphene (HAYD). Finally I defend No Gold ( please donate to the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks old chap, HERE) and report back on my Optibiotix (OPTI), Slimbiome weight loss programme.

Haydale – Grim Trading Statement means SELL; has it contravened AIM Rules?
AIM-listed Haydale Graphene Industries (HAYD) offered up a pretty grim trading statement this morning showing that sales at its US unit were materially below those of H1 2019 during H1 2020. Oopsie. Meanwhile UK operations suffered from longer than anticipated lead times and sales fell short of directors’ expectations. Double oopsie. And the company has shuttered its Taiwan operation which will lead to a revenue shortfall in H2 of around £0.4 million. Triple oopsie – and now we are told that full year sales will come in below market expectations (whatever they are). What’s not to like?!

James Halstead – emphasises delivering “record pre-tax profit”… but value?
Commercial flooring manufacturer and distributor, James Halstead (JHD) has updated including “the company expects to report record pre-tax profit for the half-year… Turnover in the UK was 6.8% ahead of the prior year, a creditable performance against the prevailing market conditions. Underlying margins held up”. The shares have though failed to respond positively…

Lyin’ Chris Cleverley AGAIN shows that on the joke NEX Lobster Pot, lying and NOT sticking to the rules just does not matter
On 18 November 2019 I wrote to the clowns and buffoons who describe themselves as the NEX Markets Regulation department, no sniggering at the back please, with slam dunk evidence of three monstrous lies told by Lyin’ Chris Cleverley’s Block Commodities (BLCC), formerly African Potash (AFPO) until it was slung off AIM after I proved it was engaged in wholesale fraud. The twits at NEX acknowledged my letter and have clearly done nothing about it as Lyin’ Chris has issued a new release showing how he has broken all the rules. Again!

4 pieces of Optibiotix news but only 2 announced – I have never been so bullish
I am now a customer as well as a shareholder having ordered two boxes of Slimbiome to help me shift, ahem, a few pounds. I shall report back on my progress. But you want to gain pounds don’t you? Well at a 60p offer, the way to do that is to buy more Optibiotix (OPTI) shares. I have as I have never been more confident about the company and its prospects. Let me explain why with reference to the four bits of news out this week...

Biome Technologies – emphaises substantial bioplastics growth, BUT…
Previously writing on bioplastics and radio frequency technology company Biome Technologies (BIOM), I concluded on its third quarter trading update with the shares at 285p that it’s forget “being closer” to £4 million than £7 million, it’s just “in line” with £4 million – and even that requiring smooth delivery… for now certainly continue to avoid. That referred to radio frequency technology division revenue and now… “Trading statement and Board change”…

Vast Resources - the death spiral cheque is in the post. Honest! Fatty says it is!
Only the laziest, stupidest and most credulous of Nomads would have signed off on the death spiral funding releases issued over the past few months by, almost certainly worthless, Vast Resources (VAST). Luckily Vast employs Roland "fatty" Cornish and so today we get another update. You may remember...

Hello, Share Speakers. If you’d acted on my Avacta (AVCT) commendation yesterday you’d be up by nearly 20% already. But I still think there’s a chance to make some more on this interesting share. The photos below show the two boxes of Slimbiome that arrived today at the Welsh Hovel and also one of the sachets, 21 of which sit in each box. I have used a standard loo roll in the pictures to give you an indication of size.
