TLOU Energy (TLOU) was once one of those AIM companies that was hugely popular with PIs and was attracting a lot of attention and hype. Now that has now subsided, I can see real potential with this company going forward given the track record of those who are running it.

Gem Diamonds (GEMD) is a company that I covered back in the summer as a long term buy when it was around the 135p area, and I still believe that to be the case and think the recent drop offers a chance to add and average down.

Gem counter Firestone Diamonds (FDI) should be ready to produce one million carats a year from its flagship Liqhobong project in the politically-troubled southern African kingdom of Lesotho by the middle of 2016, having halved its pre-tax losses to $11.2 million (£7 million) in the year to June. So says chairman Lucio Genovese, as the AIM-quoted company nears completion of the sale of South African assets and works to dispose of its ‘low-grade, high-value’ BK11 mine in Botswana.
