With funds replenished by the recent placing the new management team at ECR Minerals (ECR) is - as predicted - not hanging around. The shares are well up on our share tip at a 1.7p offer, at 1.9p-2.05p. If you can get stock at 1.9p you should do so - our target to sell remains 2.5p+ and we expect to be there soon. The newsflow is only just starting.

Yes, I shall be recording my first ever joint bearcast - if one excludes ones where Oakley has chipped in. The date is April 1, my opponent is Paul Scott. Will it be TrakM8 or checkmate? The venue London in a new bonus session at UK Investor Show. I explain more about this total one-off in today's podcast. It is 4 weeks to the day to UK Investor and tickets are 85% booked out so if you are not booked in book NOW! On this podcast I also look at Brave Bison (BBSN) and TrakM8 (TRAK) and how cost cutting can itself prompt a cash crisis. I look at Audioboom (BOOM) with a more generous eye. I look at Glenwick (GWIK), now booted off AIM, which stinks. And I look at the idea of investing in shite companies to make money, ref Red Leopard (RLH) and Cynical Bear. This also brings me to ECR (ECR) where we own shares and I now see arch ramper Big Gib is on board. Over to you Big Gob do not let me stop you!

I am sure that after events today at Cloudtag (CTAG) you had a good idea how this podcast would start! I move on - as I await apolgies from hundreds of morons for all the abuse and attacks - to cover Avanti Communications (AVN), ECR Minerals (ECR), Milestone Group (MSG), Redcentric (RCN), Red Leopard (RLH) and SalvaRx (SALV) where it is placing ahoy! Oh yes, Aidan Earley has served me with a libel suit. Natch I will see the bitchez in Court but I too have a little surprise for Aidan. More on that later. Smiley face.

I end with a couple more questions for Darren Atwater to see if the pizza Hard Man is going to get deported back to Canada. I start with a few words on City of London (see HERE) and African Potash (see HERE) before moving on to ECR Minerals (ECR), Harvest Minerals (HMI) and in some detail uber-dog with fleas Servision (SEV). Tomorrow my Guardian reading sisters arrive. Woe is me.

On Tuesday AIM-listed ECR Minerals (ECR) put out a stinker of an RNS which crashed the share price. Yesterday we learned that the CEO is stepping down, effective at the end of this month. Did he jump, or was he pushed? And was Tuesday’s RNS completely truthful, and where does that leave the Nomad, Cairn?

Thanks firstly to those kind folks who showed some appreciation for the introduction to yesterday's bearcast - praise is always welcome. I am still in a bad mood so watch out for some choice French as I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG), Starcom (STAR), ECR Minerals (ECR), Kibo Mining (KIBO), Conroy (CGNR), Iofina (IOF) - in detail - and Sunrise Resources (SRES) and its broker Belfort Securities. Watch out it is placing ahoy at Sunrise as I explain in detail. Just do the math!

When I go to hell it will be to spend eternity in an ante-natal class such as the two hour ordeal I endured today. I am unbelievably angry at having wasted two hours of my life on this cobblers. Moving on I look at ECR Minerals (ECR), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Avanti Communications (AVN) Eden Research (FRAUD) in the wake of the demise of its sister company Environmental Recycling (see HERE), Braveheart Investments (BRH) - run by an old Sefton man, African Potash (AFPO) and its partner in slime Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR)

It seems that Dallas Cowboys News likes my tweets on the matter of its cheerleaders so I talk about them again. Then I move on to ECR Minerals (ECR), Servision (SEV) and the spivs at Belfort Securities, Gulf Keystone (GKP), Rose Petroleum (ROSE), Clarkson (CKSN), XCite Energy (XEL) and TrakM8 (TRAK)

A challenge to Eden Research (EDEN) about its FRAUD - will it please send me a lawyers letter as I really want to see the bitchez in Court. Its PR man Queenie McManus smearing me is just so tedious. Man up Queenie and do the decent thing. I also suggest that Nomad Shore Cap thinks twice before assisting Eden with a bailout placing. In this podcast I also look at DDD Group (DDD), Ascent Resoures (AST), Auhua (ACE), ECR Minerals (ECR), Evocutis (EVO), Alba (ALBA) & Stellar Resources (STG)

On today's regular bearcast naturally I do comment on a few Jabba The Hutt stocks - notably Afriag (TOAST) as they are tanking but the main David Lenigas leaves the AIM Casino bearcast is HERE. Elsewhere I look at 88 Energy (88E), New World Resources (NWR), Rightster (RSTR), CH Bailey (BLEY), Iofina (IOF), ECR Minerals (ECR), Gable (GAH), Concha (CHA), Conroy Gold (CGNR), Petropavlovsk (POG) and Alba Minerals (ALBA)

Listeners have pity on me. Lunch with the UK's top share blogger beckons. That means the regime which leaves Paul looking so trim and svelt - ie lots of alcohol - plus long lectures on margins in online retailing. If that does not turn a sober fellow like me into a drunken share blogger nothing will. Away from that I explain why I am not really a snob and then make a snobbish comment or two, then discuss CIC Gold (CICG), ECR Minerals (ECR), Falanx (FLX) and Optibiotix (OPTI) and the curse of the Sith Lord Zak Mir and Plethora (PLE) and its premature ejaculation drug. I dont understand what it is all about but invite readers to share their personal experiences so that we can get a grip on what's going on here.

On Guy Fawkes night I reflect on the horrors of this day. Then news from ECR Minerals (ECR) and W Resources (WRES) prompts me to look at the mining sector in general. Then it is onto Amec Foster Wheeler (AMFW) and my thoughts on oil, oil shares, the oil price and oil services companies. Then to the dismal numbers from Canaccord Genuity (CF.) - what it says about the whole sector but also its company specific issues. Finally I take a swipe at Range Resurces (RRL)

Paul Johnson, non-executive director of Metal Tiger (MTR), is confident the company is poised to deliver a stunning turnaround. Formerly called Brady Exploration, this was one of AIM’s many little disaster stories. However, that is in the past and with new management, a new strategy and a refinanced business, Metal Tiger could be one to watch in the coming years, as the resource sector recovers from its savage bear market.
