I have just noted that my old pal "thirsty" David Bick is doing the PR for hedge fund Crown Ocean in its battle to oust the shamed, discredited and unwanted board and management at Bowleven (BLVN). If you are in a scrap with utter scumbags having Bick on your side is no bad thing as he is the king of this form of trench warfare, gutter warfare. Team Crown issued a statement on Friday which is damning. You will remember that the management of Bowleven is still in place despite shareholders voting most of the bastards off the board and now they are trying to flog the company. Crown - quite correctly - smells a monstrous rat. It states:

I did not say the shares were cheap or expensive but I offered praise - HERE. I take it all back after a ramptastic release today which sees the shares, quite rightly, 10% down at 0.825p. Scumbags.

It is not just Hart, the CEO for a few hours more at Bowleven (BLVN), but also the overpaid, inbred, upper class fuckwits at PR spinners Brunswick who view ordinary investors with unmitigated contempt. Someone leaked it to the Times this morning that Hart was to resign as boss of Bowleven after years of being paid a fortune while destroying shareholder value. If that is correct he is jumping before he is pushed at the GM, called by Crown Ocean.

In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE. I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM, on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.

I am so shocked that I am boycotting the retailer. Ho Ho Ho - do you honestly think I have ever used it? But other real customers are enraged not just by what appears to be the unacceptable face of capitalism. Boohoo is censoring its facebook page removing any hostile comments. I recall a couple of episodes from my time on Fleet Street demonstrating the corrupt relationship between PR firms and the press you mistakenly think you should trust. I then move on today's article by Peter Evans in the Sunday Times on the fraud Eden Research (EDEN) which, from headline to conclusion, is misleading, strewn with factual errors and omits the real story of wholesale fraud. It was clearly spoon fed by the PR man, Paul "Queenie" McManus of Walbrook and shows the press in the worst possible light. No wonder so many of us despise my profession, or at least the established dead wood press part of it, so much.

As expected today’s news from carry on Up the Sefton Resources (SER) signals the death of its AIM career but it gets worse, the new management team and its backers stand humiliated. The City of London is closing ranks against them

This article was posted as a comment on ShareProphets but after discussion with Tom Winnifrith I am happy for it to gain a wider audience and Tom is very keen that both sides of the argument be heard. Tom's articles and bearcasts on Boohoo (BOO) are utter nonsense. Let's take each point in turn;

There will be two podcasts today. Later on it is companies. But I start with my analysis of the Greek Election result and what it means and also a look at the creeping growth of PR and what it means - heck you are paying for this burgeoning community of parasites.

ADVFN (AFN) PLC spends £35,000 a year employing a genius called Stefania to do its PR. This genius also works for market abuser Chris Oil, the POS Golden Saint Resources (when’s the next bailout placing luv?) and one of Big Dave Lenigas’ many enterprises. What a portfolio of doom. But what is most amazing is that this genius retweets tweet after tweet attacking ShareProphets (20% owned by ADVFN) and me (a business partner on UK Investor show and an ADVFN columnist). Clem a question or two?

One day before my second and 25th anniversaries and I am in Devon. a long walk beckons but before that a few thoughts on Scancell - there will be a placing but not, now, next week. And on Auhua and then on the pointless, despicable and corrupt crony capitalists of the PR world. No holds barred on that one.

Another day and another non-news announcement from the lamentable excuse for a company that is Blur (BLUR) – the fact is that it is hyping the shares as it is rapidly running out of cash. Anyone who has bought the shares this morning needs their head examining.

I have had a few battles with Foxy Bex and her colleagues at Redleaf Polhill over the past two years because of its willingness to represent absolute liars and criminals such as the Cupid gang and Rob Terry of Quindell. Redleaf (and indeed Foxy herself) has now taken on another client which they know full well is run by a liar and a charlatan and which is an investment disaster waiting to happen.

Following yesterday’s piece on this subject, I cannot help but stick my oar in too! Some great ideas there, but I do have a couple of reservations as outlined below, before I put my suggestions forward.

My latest book is dedicated to the fraudster Robert Simon Terry, the founder of Quindell (QPP) and highlights 49 Red Flags, warning signs you should look for before investing in shares. Number 31 is excessive spend on PR and IR. To get your free copy of the whole book sent to you today fill in the form HERE - meanwhile here is No 31

In today's podcast I look at the PR/Financial Press corrupt deal. I then move into Quindell, Robinson, Cambria Africa, Frontier Mining, what timber prices tell us about general earnings visibility, Gowin New, a new China POS that had been flagged up to me called JQW (target price 0p), the Wandisco pump and dump and Jiasen International.

In this podcast I look at the issue of earnings visibility with special reference to quoted spreadbetting firms, at Quindell and its change of PR and what that telegraphs to you and then there is a detailed report back on Sefton Resources and its latest omnishambles announcement.

Well done to foxy Bex and her colleagues at PR outfit Redleaf Polhill, until now the spinners for the liars, fraudsters and insider dealers at Quindell (QPP). Foxy and her team have today quit. And it gets better..

Redleaf Polhill, the PR firm for the fraud Quindell (QPP) is holding its "tech showcase 2014" next Thursday in the City with five of what it terms "the most interesting plays" presenting. And yes, you have guessed it! One of those interesting plays is Quenron. I am almost tempted to delay my Greek trip by 48 hours to go along for the free booze, canapes, coke, hookers and the chance to hear Rob Terry present and field some questions.

From the team that brought you Naibu (NBU) we also have China Chaintek (CTEK) which released its interims today and it goes without saying that they do not stack up either. My target price for the shares is 1p (the value of the cash dividend on offer) but since it will probably be the last when the stock goes ex my target price will be slashed to 0p.

Yesterday evening I was doing a bit of frigana chopping at the Greek Hovel and I heard a rustling in the bush I was approaching. I know enough by now to realise what was making the noise and beat a hasty retreat. But the stench of corruption on AIM tells me where the real snakes operate. It is a cesspit for crooks and crony capitalists who systematically transfer wealth from the many (mug investors) to the few (themselves). I have had enough of this for one day and am heading back to the fields to face real snakes. They are less loathsome. There is a solution but the London Stock Exchange does nothing. It is guilty of abetting financial crime by its inaction.

The Times Newspaper yesterday published an article on Quindell (QPP) and myself which is so palpably inaccurate but also sufficiently sinister that I reproduce it in full. If the Times pulls its lies in full and publishes a full retraction, clarification and apology I will withdraw the copyright breach. I sense that Quindell’s PR flunkies at Redleaf Polhill may be behind this article as part of their job of smearing me.

How many times have I warned you that Arian Silver (AGQ) is one of the biggest dogs on AIM? Its uber-Welsh management team are champion value destroyers. Its dickhead of a PR man – who berated me for not tipping this stock (down 90% in three years) like “all the other tipsters” – continues to spin but the disaster just got a bit more disastrous today.

The attacks on me from shareholders in Quindell (QPP) continue. Yesterday say them produce & circulate a defamatory video alleging inter alia that I had an undeclared short position, that my restaurant was unprofitable, that I was very ugly, that all women hated me and that the Quindell Share price was zooming ahead. How very profound. Ugly is a matter of opinion, all the other points are demonstrably untrue.

Another day and yet another profits warning from AIM listed specialist engineering group Redhall (RHL). This is a zombie company in that from an investor’s point of view it is just dead money. But it supports an army of crony capitalists, directors and various City parasites.

Sadly Thomas Cook (TCG) did not as I had hoped serve up a profits warning today. Its shares are broadly unchanged at 122p but its trading statement is far from inspiring and the City knives are still out for PR obsessed CEO Harriet Green. She cannot afford to slip.

I have predicted it before but predict again – the imminent trading statement from Thomas Cook (TCG) will be a profits warning. Of that I am certain. My question is whether its self-important and image obsessed CEO Harriet Green gets a one way ticket out of the building the same day.

On Monday, I had a discussion with Mosman Oil & Gas’ (MSMN) technical director Andy Carroll. I wanted to find out more about Mosman and the gaps I reported last week in its reporting of two oil “discoveries” in its Cross Roads-1 exploration well. To be honest, I don’t think Mr Carroll expected the conversation we had. Like most executives on AIM, he is probably more used to the anodyne questioning of some other websites we could mention - “so then Mr Carroll on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, how would you rate your project? 9, 10 or 11?”

This October the Crony Capitalists who make money from AIM will gather to celebrate another year of making money as Nomads, brokers, PR advisers, lawyers and overpaid directors at a lavish awards dinner. The poor investors whose wealth has been transferred to the crony capitalists will not need to get their DJ’s cleaned as awards for “excellence” are handed out. But if any pissed off peasants want to revolt we suggest you nominate now for researcher of the year Mr Kevin Ashton.

Twice in the past couple of weeks I have accused AIM Cesspit listed Astar Minerals (ASTA) of issuing an RNS that was a lie - HERE and HERE. Twice I have been pilloried by Bulletin Board Morons. On Friday Astar ‘fessed up via RNS and its chairman Andrew Frangos called me to thank me for forcing his company to set the record straight. The sinner repenteth, I am vindicated. The Sheriff of AIM is a merciful man and the incident is at an end, I move on.

Doc Holiday is a friend of mine but we do not pay him to write anything on this website, he occasionally chips in. He is an honest writer and if he thinks that a share sucks he says so which is one reason that I respect him. I have written about the death threats, stalking and harassment I have received for making such calls. It appears that the poison is spreading.

This is just par for the course on the AIM Cesspit – today’s less in how crony capitalism sees private investors shafted on a daily basis comes from the toerags at Independent Resources (IRG). This is just shocking.

Bulletin Board Morons always tell me that I cannot be right in saying “sell” because a raft of directors have just bought shares. Au contraire – some patterns of boardroom buying are clear sell signals in themselves.

And today’s star turn on the AIM Cesspit is Nighthawk Energy (HAWK) which was served with papers for a major law suit on April 29th. Surely under AIM rules it should have fessed up to shareholders even if it thought the case was without merit? Fear not, Nighthawk may not want to issue an RNS but the Sheriff of AIM is here to help.

Fleet Street still has not touched this story because it is too busy sucking PR cock to cover the stench emanating from the City’s largest financial PR firm. We can revealed exclusively that Buchanan Communications has admitted that a staff member did wage a dirty tricks campaign against Range Resources shareholders campaigning to change the way Range is run..

Yesterday I flagged up how AIM Cesspit listed Green Dragon Gas (GDG) was happily issuing a grotesquely misleading RNS – see HERE. Today it is Greka Drilling (GDL), the spin-off company, which is spinning bad news as good and so legging over private investors. You think this is wrong? No this is AIM and it happens every day.

We trust that no-one from Buchanan PR is voting in our poll on whether Peter Landau should leave Range Resources (RRL) once and for all. We would not any more allegations of dirty tricks and sleaze against the City’s biggest financial PR firm would we?

Yesterday I revealed how the City’s largest financial PR Company Buchanan is mired in scandal after one of its employees appeared to pose as a private investor to discredit shareholders opposing the (failing) management of a company it is paid £10,000 a month to represent. This appears to be a total breach of industry guidelines and if P45s are not handed out next week then the stench of cover-up will be unbearable. But this is just the tip if the iceberg as I shall explain below.

Part of the WPP (WPP) Group, financial PR firm Buchanan acts for more AIM listed clients than any other PR firm. But today I ask if the odours from its lavish Cheapside offices are not of expensive perfumes worn by glamorous PR birds, but from the stench of a dirty tricks campaign against those investors seeking management change at AIM Cesspit listed Range Resources (RRL)? There is no suggestion that Range itself is aware of this. So....

I moseyed down to the UK Investor show at the weekend sneaking around "incognito." A jolly good time I had. My first port of call was of course Leyshon Resources (LRL) who promptly disappeared out of sight leaving its stand unattended for the next 20 minutes or so. I gave up & headed over to the Nostra Terra Oil & Gas (NTOG) stand where believe it or not CEO Matt Lofgran was being told by the Lothbury PR Guy, Gary Middleton, “Not to leave the stand unattended"
