So after all the questions, AIM-listed Servision (SEV) has provided answers. The AIM Rule 26 pages have been updated (after a year, vs 6-months under AIM rules), the personal guarantee of head honcho Gidon Tahan to white knight investors Cascade has been clarified and yesterday lunchtime we even had a TR-1 showing that Cascade was indeed holding the shares issued to it at over 400% of the previously prevailing share price ahead of the announcement of the funding package. But I still think the whole deal is a massive spoof and here is why.

ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play and yet another Lin brothers AIM disaster story MoneySwap (SWAP) has finally released its outstanding FY numbers to March of last year and interims to last September. The shares have been suspended pending results since 21 September last year and under AIM Rule 41 the company had until today to get the suspension lifted or get booted off the Casino. But today we learn that the shares are to remain suspended, yet there is no mention of an impending execution. This is a regulatory shambles – especially when we consider the apparent reasoning.

AIM-listed Servision (SEV) still looks to be a story too good to be true. With the company scraping by on boardroom emergency loans and running out of cash, along comes Cascade which agrees to pump in boat-loads of cash at more than 400% of the prevailing share price. We have been told that the first tranche of shares has now been issued (and, indeed, admitted to trading on the Casino), and the cash received. But we’ve not had a TR-1. And why is the company’s AIM Rule 26 major shareholdings web-page almost a year out of date?

The odour coming out of long term AIM cash guzzling hound Servision (SEV) grows stronger by the day. I sense that this is going to blow up badly and when it does you do not want to be owning the shares. There is something very odd going on. Today's intervention sees house broker Beaufort pushing the stock as a speculative buy. The shares have fallen by 8% and we will come to the, er.... not very good, note later.

There was no great surprise from AIM-listed Servision (SEV) in relation to the arrival of the first lump of cash from (nothing to do with Bill Gates) Cascade as announced this morning. But there were a few interesting clarifications in relation to the personal guarantee of Servision head honcho Mr Gidon Tahan which are worthy of comment. As for the subscription at a (still) incredible premium, it still all looks too good to be true.

AIM-listed Servision (SEV) has some questions to answer. I hope it is currently answering them to its Nomad Allenby Capital and that we will have a statement shortly. Having announced a funding deal with US-based Cascade (which has nothing to do with Bill Gates) which seemed way too good to be true – at over 400% of the previously prevailing share price – backed by a personal guarantee from chairman and CEO Gidon Tahan, the nature of that guarantee became rather murky on Friday when it emerged after-hours that he had put up his entire shareholding as security. On what terms?

I start and end with Cloudtag (CTAG) - so far today no news which I take to mean it is bad news and explain why. At the end I discus who disgruntled and out of pocket punters should sue over this fraud and when. In the middle of the Cloudtag fraud sandwich I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) which really is fucked whatever it says. I reckon Justin the Clown will have to sell the cardboard box and sleep in the open air before long. I also look at Starcom (STAR), Servision (SEV) - which is a major scandal in the making - Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Milestone Group (MSG) which remains non investment grade crap as CEO Deborah White should be wearing an orange jump suit and doing a perp walk.

Yesterday we asked a series of question relating to AIM-listed Servision and its dealings with an obscure American entity called Cascade which has nothing to do with Bill Gates, when it emerged that it seems that the personal guarantee offered to Cascade by Servision Chairman and CEO (corporate governance Red Flag) Mr Gidon Tahan looks to be taking the form of a grant of security over about 10 million of his shares. Did the grant of security involve Cascade being able to dump said shares on the market? But two other details catch my eye.

In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE. I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM, on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.

It is a busy day at the Sheriff’s office with CloudTag (CTAG) and Servision (SEV) dominating, but it would be remiss of us to allow the burial of bad news for shareholders in ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Jiasen (JSI) to go unnoticed. With delisting scheduled on Tuesday (and thus Monday is the last chance to get out) the bid price has now dropped to just 1p last seen. One penny!

Tom Winnifrith has already driven a coach and horses through the deal announced on Wednesday whereby an obscure US-based outfit has apparently agreed to throw $2 million (and up to a further $4 million) into AIM-listed Servision (SEV) at a massive premium to the share price previous to the announcement. But a no-one-is-watching o’clock RNS last night leaves me wondering whether the whole thing is so appallingly dressed up as to render the original RNS a gross misrepresentation of the truth.

In the greater scheme of things this is a trivial matter. Having been exposed for revenue recognition policies that were so bizarre as to teeter on the verge of fraud, of being shown to have issued pre-placing RNS statements that were er..untrue and now facing looming insolvency, Servision (SEV) is in deep trouble. So maybe I should be charitable?

Well you can’t say you weren’t warned by Tom Winnifrith that shareholders in AIM-listed DiamondCorp plc (DCP) were either about to get screwed or simply lose everything. To its credit, the company had been pretty explicit that it needed a minimum of £500,000 in the kitty and pronto or it would be lights out. With one potential deal scuppered when the potential saviour walked, it looked grim. But yesterday afternoon the company announced that it had secured £700,000 in a Sharia-compliant funding facility with shareholder Rasmala plc. As to the terms, well given the parlous position of the company it is hardly a surprise to find that there are several pounds of flesh involved.

Servision (SEV) has today announced its interim results and they are dismal. The company is bust and why it's advisors (Nomad Allenby, broker Belfort Securities & PR himbo Christian Taylor Wilkinson at Cadogan Leander) do not call it a day and walk defies belief. It shows all three are morally bankrupt. The results are analysed in a bearcast special HERE. But I flag up in itw own right a loan Servision has taken from Yorkville which seems to be the new, most expensive loan , in AIM Casino history - at 33% - it is 5 percentage points dearer than the loan the FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) took out from Katrina Clayton, the wife of its FD. Frankly Servision would be better off borrowing on Christian T-W's credit card and splitting the difference.

Yes this podcast contains yet more quite appalling language.
Published 304 days ago
I warn you that this podcast uses bad language as I am unspeakably angry about the numbers from AIM cesspit posterboy Servision (SEV). In so many ways its results, which were issued at no-one is watching O'clock yesterday, are a disgrace. At least it is prepared to admit to some of the financial crimes against humanity which I have accused it of. But it is clearly bust and I comment on its numbers, on what the directors and auditors say, on its partial admission of guilt and on the reprehensible behaviour of Jon Bellis and his colleagues at Belfort Securities around the time of the (grossly misleading) interims of 30 September. The target price is 0p as this company is almost bust and truly is a piece of Turkish.

If you are a shareholder you should sell ahead as a bailout means mega dilution, no bailout means bankruptcy and ultimately this company is worthless anyway.

This is not hard. The RNS from Servision (SEV) today is designed to ramp the shares ahead of a rescue bailout placing. It is bollocks if you add up the numbers. So too was the last RNS by the way. I have reported this POS to the FRC for dodgy revenue recognition policies, it almost certainly now has negative net current assets and is burning cash. There is a bailout placing looming and you should sell now. This company deserves to, and could well, go bust.

Nomad Allenby still appears happy to take the filthy money offered by Servision (SEV) to act on its behalf notwithstanding the now clear demonstration that its RNS statements are, on a serial basis, utterly misleading. So let us now look at the accounts which, natch, are a total joke. I refer to the issue of bad debts.

So far Nomad Allenby has refused to act when shown clear evidence that its client Servision (SEV) has issued RNS statements which have not actually been born out by reality in terms of new orders.
