Richard Rose is the chairman designate of Quindell (QPP) In that vein I sent him an email yesterday. He has not replied. It reads:

Tom,
This has cronyism all over it, as in every where else.

Tom,
If Mr Rose chooses to ignore your letter he will have little excuse when the frauds are eventually exposed by PWC as surely they must be.
It’s difficult to plead ignorance of a bad smell when one’s nose has been firmly planted in the manure heap with instructions to take a deep sniff and all in front of host of witnesses.

Tom,
PWC, have nose well into the trough up untill end Feb, all those lovely accounting fees, and then the lawyers, will there be anything left I wonder ????????

Tom,
Time to leave QPP alone and wait till PwC reports.
All the best

Allowing information regarding his appointment to be trailed before an RNS is not exactly an encouraging start. If I were shorting Quenron I wouldn’t be closing.

No, keep the pressure on

Think it would be appropriate if you stop flogging this one and let PwC do their job. I don’t say this from a self interested perspective, but as someone who has sold today for a big profit.
I think its been worthwhile that people have shown the red flags in the Quindell accounts to this point, but the desired result has been achieved, there will be independent review of the accounts. You should show some class and let the professionals get to the bottom of the situation.

Max

Max ……………you gotta be kidding ………. Tom is a professional and about the only one that can be relied upon to tell the truth with warts and all . The pressure must be kept on by Tom to the bitter end . The moment Tom relents the fraud will get buried because there are too many vested interests wanting the SP to rise and release the lobsters from the pot . Everybody and their aunt knows someone who has lost big time on this share and they all want it covered up to suit their own particular needs for financial recovery and not what is best for the market . Whats best for the market is total failure and revealing of all frauds and a rash of Class Actions following that .
I bet Mr Rose stomach dropped when he read Toms e-mail . Oh to be a fly on the wall at the time ;-)

Is this a clear case of a Rose among thorns?

Do you keep read and delivery receipts – you can do this through Outlook. Nice thing about these is that the person reading this knows that one is sent back – although they can refuse to send…..

Tom = please give it a rest
QPP is trying to recover from the past
give it a chance

Max,
I agree with Wildrides – now is not the time for Tom to let off the pressure on QPP. Imo, now is the time for Tom to not only keep applying pressure but to increase it.
Keep turning the screw, Tom. Nail these crooks. Make them squirm.
No let-up and no let-off.
You’re doing a great job, Tom – keep it up. I’m grateful that at long last someone is getting their teeth into the job of cleaning up AIM. Just keep gnawing away and don’t let go of dem bones – aka skeletons in numerous cupboards.

Max, I suspect it’s sites like this and Gotham that have forced the ‘professionals’ to get off their collective boney bottoms anyway. But it’s so nice you made a profit out of this before wagging the finger.
