Go to youtube and watch “Pig Island” and you can see Andrew Austin on his hols in the Bahamas . Plus his female groupies in bikinis ! The water is crystal clear and whilst all remains calm on top of the water, a camera underwater actually reveals four piggy legs paddling away like fury .

Thanks Tom and agree re Austin. Do we have a realistic guide on what they could raise (obviously in very much a buyer’s market) by selling say half of their non core assets ?
