This follows a series of revelations such as THIS about his activities elsewhere at POS and Touchstone Gold (TGL). Mr Berry got his just desert…………….it was fruit of the forest including nightshade.

Could not have happened to a nicer guy, He took GOS into administration whilst owing employees and consultancies unpaid dues. He has caused a lot of financial grief to a lot of people. And then after writing off all that was owed he popped back up with Touchstone Gold who bought the assets from the administrator for next to nothing and tried to carry on as if nothing had happened.
