We have many, many times accused Bulletin Board darling US Oil & Gas (USOP) of being a total fraud run by a serial liar Brian McDonnell. Wee Brian has huffed and puffed in private to deluded shareholders about taking legal action against me but he has not done so because he is a proven liar and his company is a proven fraud and the little shit knows it. The latest news from the GXG market where USOP shares remain suspended really shows what a casino AIM has become.

DUCK AND DIVE
Kudos to GXG, once a tin-pot MTF for toxic PLCs and now a shining beacon in the compliance firmament for AIM and other so-called stock exchanges to aspire to. I am delighted for them, delighted for the campaigning ShareProphets and delighted for private investors everywhere. The mouse has roared and now AIM and other ineffectual regulators will have to look and learn. This is the only way to bring long-term investors back to the small cap markets.
I’m delighted for innocent USOP shareholders too, for in the (unlikely) event that this DD returns a clean bill of health, their shares will be readmitted to trading and will surely rise.
Whatever else the DD should uncover, I hope most of all that any proven rampers/pumpers/market abusers are identified and brought to book.
Tom, your idea of a restoration bond is an excellent one. I agree that it could reduce market abuse dramatically. Make it happen please.

On the proviso the Company must not restore the balance through further dilution perhaps? Or, to avoid shareholder wipeout, if this can not be restored through normal means BOD members must pursue all available extraordinary options to avoid a criminal prosecution (and I mean ALL – lederhosen and greasy poles, etc.).

Certain people on the USOP Forum have called GXG some names for simply daring to investigate, calling them incompetent, etc. I find this really sad that instead of blaming the CEO who has brought this entire thing to his own front door they blame the exchange for simply doing their job.

To be fair, they blame everyone except their CEO and themselves. Head-in-sand paranoia combined with blood lines to the CEO means that everyone is out to buy their non-productive, arid and unproven pocket handkerchief of Nevada desert on the cheap. PLUS Markets were in on it before GXG; Tom Winnifrith is colluding; Wexboy is the Devil himself, even non-pumping members of their own cult are cast aside. It would be hilarious if it weren’t so sad.
The paranoia is carefully cultivated by the CEO, including his expectation in tonight’s RNS that the Due Diligence investigation will “effectively and finally put an end to a sustained campaign of vilification and defamation.” This was a failed attempt to distract from the predictable news that the EGM he promised his shareholders won’t now take place until after the DD, which could be many months away if they survive that long.

I think it is great to bring US Oil & Gas to its knees, but I wouldn’t give much credit to the GXG. They should have done this a long time ago, and the guy the got running compliance, Martin Frey Olesen, is about as stupid as they come. Look at some of the announcements he has made. He seems to be illiterate. It is Hard to believe he is an attorney.
