Individuals commit fraud not companies. We have lost that understanding over the past 30 years and that is the great failure of regulation for the banksters and the AIM casino. I discuss this concept and then go on to call for suspensions of individuals as well as trading in the shares for four companies: Quindell, Tern, Alpha Returns and Worthington.

Somewhat misleading comments at the end. If the pension scheme is defined benefit then it is likely the members benefit from the protection of the Pension Protection Fund. If so it would not safeguard all of their benefits but it would offer material compensation.
Moreover, the Fraud Compensation Fund may pay out if Tom is correct and a significant fraud has been perpetuated.
