Worthington Reports Tom Winnifrith to the police & talks bollocks

The fraud that is Worthington PLC has issued a statement saying that it has reported ,me to the Police for publishing documents which it appears to concede are genuine. Thanks for clearing that matter up. Worthington says the documents were stolen although they make it clear that was not by me. Indeed.

Comments

  1. No mention of Earley in his statement. Looks like he and Douglas Ware have history.

    Search on the page below for “Lebron Holdings”
    http://www.pieandbovril.com/forum/index.php/topic/167655-big-rangers-administrationliquidation-thread-all-chat-here/page-317

    Guess who was a director of FII when Earley/Whyte were homing in:

    Doug Ware!

    Makes you wonder who the FII pension trustees were??

    Here is the video details of Re-Tex, uncanny resemblence to a company I have been reading about

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaKR13_2QX4#t=10m37s

  2. “If it falls to me to start a fight to cut out the cancer of bent and twisted journalism in our country with the simple sword of truth and the trusty shield of British fair play, so be it. I am ready for the fight. The fight against falsehood and those who peddle it. My fight begins today. Thank you and good afternoon.”

  3. ‘It is our view that Mr Winnifrith’s activities are akin to shouting “fire, fire” in a crowded cinema when no fire exists’ says DW, I think he means ‘It is our view that Mr Winnifrith’s activities are akin to shouting “fire, fire” in a crowded cinema with no fire exits’
    Still Doug sees litigation as a growth area for Worhington.

  4. Hello, hello, hello

    lol

    Protect your source to the end,even if it means prison. IMO, no jury in the land would find you guilty of anything

  5. J P Spaghetti

    Most laudable. Of course, the whistleblower who leaked the HSBC files behind the current large scale tax evasion scandal was technically breaking the law…

  6. Maybe the directors and ex directors of these fine companies can go on a coke and hookers jolly somewhere exotic and far flung to confer and plot your downfall.
    I would suggest to them a place in China called Fujian, where I am sure they will have a very warm welcome.

  7. Whistle blowers are a corner stone of our democracy… of any democracy. Without them, you have no democracy.

  8. Good luck Tom.

    We don’t want to have to run a campaign to “Free the Share Prophets one”

    There is a lot of support for your work.

  9. If I was sitting on a turnaround that “will, in time, be rated as one of the most impressive in smaller UK public company history” I wouldn’t give a flying fuck about this website

  10. HangingsTooGoodForThem

    “Do you want their cell phone numbers?”
    Brilliant!

  11. TOM,
    Typical of a scaming prat, one mans fraud is another mans fair does, particularly a scaming prat.
    He mentions association with Craig Whyte would be a disadvantage or words to that effect, but WRN have and I repeat, for the 3rd time bought a 25% stake in Law Financial a Craig White concern, errrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
    See The Scotsman Sat 14th Feb 2015, newspaper article,CharlesGreen SFO article’last paragraph
    I rest my case me lod.
    I also note he did’nt sign his statement.

  12. @turbograndad “I also note he didn’t sign his statement.”

    Probably in a bit of a rush and did not have access to the company printer/scanner or couldn’t be bothered to faff about. Still.. he managed to knock it out on his own computer,

    http://i.imgur.com/eRBNASm.png

  13. Oh dear Mr Ware.

    Such a statement of utter nonsense only confirms that Worthington is a slam dunk fraud.

    Maybe you’ll get to share a cell with your buddy Craig Whyte. eh Doug?

  14. Turbo,

    Am sure that Tom will get to Law Financial deal, and has docs on same, but picture is far worse than you note:

    - WRN owns 100% of Law Financial (bought from vehicles owned by Whyte & Earley);
    - paid £1m in loan notes plus 20m warrants (!!!) @ 5 or 10p;
    - WRN never sought s/holder approval for purchase of remaining 75% despite having both RNS’d it would do so and having changed the terms of the deal;
    - the Rangers “claim” is supposedly owned by Sevco 5088, a subsidiary of Law Financial, which:

    a) was the asset revalued in WRN interims to £10m, creating a £9m profit;
    b) sits in a company (Sevco 5088) that has never filed any accounts;
    c) is in a company in which WRN has no board representation (Charles Green is sole director);
    d) is in a company which (for the third time) has applied to have itself voluntarily struck off; and
    e) according to Rangers (see below) has moved ahead not one iota in two years (presumably because of c) above):

    “Deloitte has also included an emphasis of matter qualification in the accounts relating to the “uncertain outcome of potential litigation” relating to letters before claim issued by Craig Whyte, the previous owner of RFC 2012 plc (now in liquidation) and his business partner, Aidan Earley.

    TRFCL notes: “..there have been no developments in relation to this case since 2013”.”

    Good luck getting any auditor to sign that off as being reasonable and prudent to be upwardly re-valuing a “letter before claim” to the tune of £9m!!! Might perhaps explain why WRN broke the listing rules and failed to issue its audited results, without explanation, by 31/01/15.

    H69

  15. “I was passed documents and will protect my source 100% even if the Police demand to know a name. That is what Journalists do and I will NOT reveal a source even if threatened with jail.”

    Journalist ? You are journalist ?

    You are a trader like all others.. Journalism rules doesn’t apply to you at ALL
