Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares
Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I presented in Clerkenwell last night and a video of my ten minute talk rebutting in full a statement of lies by a company engaged in fraud was recorded. Worthington has reported me to the Police. I am not afraid as I have done nothing wrong. Worthington is a fraud and I welcome the chance to hand over documents that prove that to the Old Bill. However, I would rather go to jail that reveal my source and will not under any circumstances reveal my source.

a) how could they as the shares were suspended when allegation was made and b) no-one I know or in our office had a short pre suspension. So the answer is clearly NO!

If there is any sniff that Craig Whyte and James Holmes are involved in WRN, the FCA will not allow a relist-full stop.
Over 10,000+ clients were left in the shit whilst they were steering there respective ships into the iceberg. FSA (now FCA) removed the Merchant Capital license.

A certain CIC Capital presented at your good pizza place yesterday. I do sincerely suggest you look at this company’s past.. there is a lot to be concerned about with the guy running it and the company itself. They were booking millions of $s of profits while it was listed on AIM…. all accruing…… profit’s that NEVER arrived. Shares got suspended as THIRD NOMAD resigns and they couldn’t get another one. So they delist.. and are trying to list via a Standard Listing. Look at the history of the CEO. He has been convicted of taking $100s $1000s from boy scouts in Australia. The judge at the trial said he was a liar and a fantasist.
He has been at the helm of the company for 10 years. First 8 years via Canadian listing…. shareholders lost 90% of their dosh. Then he delists from there and lists on AIM. Millions raised…… NO cash generated. Millions lost…. yet claiming they were going to get $millions in cash withing 12 months for selling shares in a client companies to some third party. No money ever arrived. Latest news (while they were delisted) is that the value of those client companies have been “written down”.
It’s a classic AIM casino outfit… that exist solely to preserve the life styles of the directors.

I encouraged you to look at WRN back in October, in a comment on here. It was very obviously being used as a pump and dump, prior to its suspension. Aside from an interesting FT Alphaville piece, noone has really been bothered to poke around to date, but it bears many of the hallmarks of an incubative Quindell.

I can confirm what John G is saying about CIC capital ………….. and confirm that I lost a small amount of money in their last delisting from AIM . They are indeed , not investment grade or speculative grade , on any measure . Your readers are thus suitably warned to purchase a barge pole of appropriate length for the task in hand .

I presume they are talking about Sefton & Quindell when they say they “intend to make contact with other companies, which have been similarly unfairly attacked”. I wonder if these clowns have actually done any research regards your track record in exposing Sefton & Quindell?
They come across like playground bullies threatening to gang up with the other discredited ‘Big Boys’ & the Police to pursue you with “zeal and dynamism” and “prosecute our claims against him with the utmost vigour”.. What a laugh, haven’t they heard that ‘adverse comments’ cannot be Defamatory if they are true.
