Avation was one of the great Luke Heron’s biggest winners back in the day on Watshot :-]

Many thanks for keeping us up to date with the numerous AIM rule breaches, and the suspected frauds.
Clearly AIM is a market that requires the Regulator to take some action.

From S P Angel this morning :
Caza Oil & Gas (CAZA LN/CAZ CN 8p/C$0.18)
“ Not What was Expected”
Today’s update from Caza is something of a shock in the context of the previous disclosures, and while we understand the principle behind the move, that an equity financing arrangement has been entered in to, to preserve the covenants on its principle debt, underlines the extent to which the current oil price environment is proving to be a headwind. We have previously said about Caza:
In the context of the recent decline in oil price, the question now becomes one of whether they have sufficient headroom to be able to meet their existing obligations, grow the business and service their debt.
and today’s announcement is an indication of the fact that those margins may have been finer than we were led to believe.
Nevertheless, we reiterate our belief that the Company is in a strong position operationally, but it is now also clear that it will have to refocus its corporate cost saving initiatives and re-evaluate its spending programme, prioritising those which generate the most significant returns/cash flow in the shortest period of time.
It may not be glamorous, but it is now time to roll up the sleeves and start to trade out of what has become a tricky environment, and in that respect, that the oil prices are recovering will help. However, as we have said, the point at which a company becomes self-sustaining is above that which it breaks even at, and is made significantly higher by debt loading on the balance sheet.
Caza need to get to that point, and quickly.

“ Shareholders will take it up the arse “ insert any AIM oil & gas company name before this statement , lol.

Happy to have filled in the survey form for you. A small price for the great value and entertainment of your Bearcast.
Just one suggestion, do get another company to run the survey for you next time. I would have gladly spent more time filling in extra relevant question but this survey, in my mind was very poor. Lots of irrelevant and obscure questions and the survey was hardly designed for or focused on Bearcast. It was as if the company running this survey for you couldn’t be bothered to create something for you and instead issued a more or less generic set of questions.
Do keep up the good work. You’re an eye opener for the less well informed.
Thank you.
