I have just taken a call from Lavender Hill Police station because crony capitalist Angus Forrest of POS Company Tern (TERN) has reported me for harassment. I had a great chat with a very nice police officer who said that the case was no closed and that Mr Forrest would be told “there is no case”.

Presumably Tern does not have £525/hour or supporting evidence in order to do things ‘correctly’ and blow you off a few Lawyers Letters so they, or rather the bloke who dobbed you in, have to resort to the Police and waste their time.

Tom, it seems that the jokers in uniform aka police, seem to follow up the bullshit they receive from the nasty parasites that you expose as crooks, much quicker than when your staff receive threats, and when you get threats of having your throat slashed. I really do believe that the jokers in uniform aka police, need to start getting the priorities straight.
It may also help if those who are making reports against you understand that you have not committed any crime. if they are not happy with what you have said, there is the civil route to go down. It is clear to see that all those hundreds of throusands of pounds being plunged into the legal departments lawyers fees are a waste of money as they cannot seem to understand what is possible criminal and possible civil.
Quite clearly, by calling the jokers in uniform aka police, they are trying to scare you or as I like to call it fear porn. Do they not understand who they are dealing with when they go head to head with Tom Winnifrith?
keep up the good work in exposing these fraudsters. AIM and the FCA could not give a damn.
