The competition as to who is the stupidest shareholder in Quindell (QPP) is an intense one with a crowded field but I think I have a winner from the ADVFN asylum, whites123, who has revealed his cunning plan to destroy myself and Waseem Shakoor. The sheer insanity of it all defies belief and involved Gate Ventures (GATE). Whites123 posts today:

The fact SvelteJD’s portfolio contains 45k of WRN shares plus QPP, COMS, FITB means every time he wakes up, he risks total wipeout of his entire portfolio. Just check his tweets out, when WRN goes and QPP follows it – this guy will go into meltdown. A total bellend.

I remember advising Waseem that shorting Quindell was a bad move, Quindell has moved from approx 25/30p to 138p. Furthermore tom winnifrith has advised that Quindell is only worth 0p. What shite advice have these 2 offered, unfortunately a lot of investors have lost shed loads on selling following these crap comments and the lowest of advice, can advfn stop them from making further cooments and losing any new investors money. To me it is inconceivable that PWC have not issued their report to the Company after a period of almost 4 months and yet this is what we are supposed to believe. The original RNS announcing the appointment of PWC said:‘This will review, inter alia, the Group’s main accounting policies and expectations as to cash generation into 2015. Initial work on this review has commenced and the Board will update shareholders on its results’
Time for some more hard questioning of the Board and Nomad Tom.

As we get ever nearer to S&G having to either ‘shit or get off the pot’, I was drawn back to having a looksie at that recent RNS from Quinnsmell about the ‘Press Speculation’. I have to say the politik-ing in it is straight outta The Thick of It. What does this bit really mean….
Quindell confirms that a number of deal structures have been discussed with SGH including one with an up front value of £640 million and a share of receipts from settlement of Noise Induced Hearing Loss cases.
Surely that should read as ‘an upfront PAYMENT of £640m’. The QPP bulls(hitters) have made a bit of a rod for their own backs here as anything less than having their palms crossed with lots of moolah will be seen as a huge negative. I suppose we’re about to find out imminently what it explicitly means, I suspect a few more twists n turns here.

My average was £3.20, then I kept on averaging down, well that’s what I thought but every time I sold the price went up and cost me more to buy back in, thus diluting my shares constantly. Now i will never get money I invested back, but I’m being realistic and hoping to get £4.10 in future?? Currently down heavy 6 figures…. and 1 year lack of sleep!!

Bent over i can beat that….£116000 down and two years lack of sleep. First year deciding which boat I was going to buy and the second wondering how I was going to tell my wife! She knows now and we are still married, I just would be that little bit happier if I could get it back!……and so would she!
