Brokerman Dan Unsuspended by twitter – what went on? Another Sefton dirty trick?

A couple of days ago my pal Brokerman Dan  a co-defendant in the Sefton libel trial) had his twitter account suspended. He had not been abusing it by follow/unfollow tactics of spammers (he follows only 42 souls) so why was it suspended? Yesterday Dan and his solicitor contacted twitter
