Breaking news and expert analysis on fast-moving AIM and LSE listed shares

At the AGM of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) tomorrow, Lucian Miers, Nigel Somerville and others will be quizzing it over the lack of regulation on its in house casino. I refer to AIM. So here is something I might ask and it comes from the fraudster and insider dealer Mr Robert Terry, formerly of Quindell.

You’ve hit the nail on the head! Bang on the money!
Its time to demand and get crystal clear clarification to those questions of rules and governance on the Aim market. The very fact this same market is widely referred to as a casino, speaks volumes to the manifest failure of regulation, to date.
Seems like its going to be down to the Sheriff and his team, once again, to continue the fight to ensure that the day’s of ripping off the small private investors by lies, deceit and manipulation are well and truly over!

I’ve commented before that describing it as a casino seems a little unfair to me as at least casinos have rules that are not circumvented / breached and the punter tends to know where he or she stands. I know the odds playing roulette. Actually, talk of casinos reminds me of having once been banned from Lisbon casino. Oh – those days! Tee-hee. Not Estoril, I hasten to add (very attractive staff there). Anyway, I much prefer cesspit!

I don’t think they will comment on anything to do with AIM only the revenue from the fees. . Good Luck but I think you will be asked to leave. If you could clean up AIM we would all have a chance of investing in good honest companies and these companies would have the backing of shareholders financially and your job would be easy because they could not tell so many lies.:)
