The "Your Legal Friend" Group Litigation is now going ahead. It is now seeking formal signatories to press a claim and any Quindell (QPP) shareholder who has lost money investing in the fraud can sign up and try get their money back HERE - but this now raises a question as to whether Quindell's board can pay out the special c110p dividend it promised?

Tom I just had a look at the ‘Your Legal Friend’ link. It reads “ This legislation refers to compensation from an issuer of securities, for anyone who acquires, continues to hold or disposes of securities based on misleading statements or dishonest omissions (and consequently suffers loss). Unfortunately, this area of law is still relatively untested in the courts. “
It also clearly states that YLF will have to wait for PwC report and annual results to see if there is a case.
Given that PSD was sold for three times acquisition cost, this litigation has a cat in Hell’s chance of success.
I am beginning to believe that what Dan Levi says about you might be true. You have spun this YLF potential litigation (YLF being a direct competitor of PSD) in a most misleading way.
What is your obsession and malice towards Mr Terry really all about? Not that Mr Terry has anything to do with QPP (yet!)

QPP was the most talked about and written about Aim Company for the last few years, even well before the events of last Autumn. Any investor who bought shares in them since the Gotham report was reckless. Anyone investing their own money without professional advice is negligent if they have not carried out as much due diligence as possible. That includes reading the financials of QPP which showed poor cashflow, and also all the news reports and potentially bulletin boards too. Even in a watertight legal claim the best chance a barrister will give you is 70% because there is a number of hurdles to clear in court. This is certainly a stab in the dark and the odds are well against the investors. I don’t see they have a strong case. If they had taken advice from a stockbroker that advice would have been to treat QPP as a high risk investment. The defence barrister will rip the lead claimants apart in court and they will get to choose half of the lead claimants from the whole group based on their weaknesses. I hope investors are on a CFA agreement with this law firm and not parting with a penny upfront although they will still have to pay the legal insurance which will run to at least several thousand quid.

As your probably aware :-
Bestinvest names and shames 2015 dog funds – its no surprise that a winner of this prestigious industry award is no other than M & G Recovery, run by the renowned investing guru, Mr Tom Dobell!!!!
Under Mr Dobell’s studious analytical charge M & Recovery is the worst performing fund within its sector, I quote :-
But the largest and best known fund from the IA UK All Companies sector on the list is the £5bn M&G Recovery fund, managed by Tom Dobell.
Its three-year performance shows an 8.5 per cent gain compared to the sector average of 42.91 per cent and a gain in the FTSE All Share of 37.04 per cent.
It has been reported by, You couldn’t make this up, but I will Daily Mail…….
….. that Mr Dobell has been persistently ringing and emailing the offices of Your Legal Friend as to “where the feck is my money!” , “ me bleedin job’s on the line!”, “ Terry lied to me!” etc etc. In fact the award winning Mr Dobell has had to been issued with an restraining order as his continuing harassment was causing widespread laughter within the offices of Your Legal Friend.
A slobbering Mr Dobell, told our reporter….
“ I am supremely confident that I can turn around my flagship £5 billion M & G Recovery Fund within a matter of weeks!”.
He went on to explain……
“After meeting the Billionaire Conglomerate CEO Mr Ware, of Old Mother Worthington, I have decided to make substantial investments in the company, based on their exciting new prospectus of digging very large deep holes in the ground of Greenland.
When asked, if this investment might be a trifle risky, Mr Dobell, retorted……
“ Me and my prize winning team have conducted exhaustive due diligence into assessing the invest case, this has include trips to Greenland and holding meetings with numerous Polar Bears, Seals and Eskimos!” “ Anyway, Doug, told me it would be alright!”.
The interview was then abruptly terminated as two men in white coats appeared and carried Dobby off to an awaiting ambulance.
