Shares in Quindell (QPP) have today been suspended on news that the FCA is now formally investigating and that Quindell itself is now investigating a host of other fraudulent related party transactions over and above the over-statement of profits. The fallout for Rob Terry, Quindell shareholders, ex CEO Rob Fielding and the other crooks in the cabal will be massive. Jail beckons for some. Daniel Stewart is in the merde as Quob Park will unravel. For me I am now 100% vindicated. Or as Rob Terry would have, it 2+2 = 150% vindicated.

I wonder if shorters have a legal case against Quindell / RT too? We should have been able to close out shorts at close to 0p (fair value) and were not able to purely because of fraud and lies…

I have said it many times , but will say it again :-
well done on your pioneering work to bring Terry and his crew and other companies to book . Many underestimate the sheer courage and determination to carry out such work and achieve a result like this one . I for one , know that I could never have taken the sustained pressure that you have endured over a long period . Lean back and take the plaudits …….. you deserve it . Lets hope this FCA investigation signals a turning point for AIM and it begins to inspect its own navel ( that means you Aim Regulation )

While your exuberance/triumphalism is understandable, don’t we need to wait for the outcome of these investigations before declaring yourself 100% vindicated?
But you and others have been 100% successful in galvanising the FCA into action at last — and that’s no mean feat in itself.

Well done Tom. What I admire most is your unequivocal denouncement of Rob Terry and Quindell as frauds; there was no “apparently” or “allegedly” in your writings and you had the balls to call their bluff over legal action. I always thought it was insane to put your balls on the line, however strong your case was, but it looks like you pulled it off. I’m only going to say “looks like” as I’m a cautious type and the investigation has only just started but I guess it would be uncharacteristic of you not to be shouting from the rooftops ahead of the outcome.

Is this the new BOD clearing the decks before making a clean break? Did they perhaps uncover something and actually ask the FSA to investigate (it was actually QPP who released the RNS first, which the FSA responded too – normally the FSA don’t announce they are investigating anyone)? Is this the ‘kitchen-sink’ approach of getting all the bad news out of the way, blaming it all on the old, now-departed directors before launching the new Quindell (which will 100% not be known as Quindell following a rebrand)? Personally i think this is ‘fess-up time with the new BOD looking to adopt a squeaky-clean approach from now on. Any thoughts?
