The IMF banksters have made new demands of Greece which are just not acceptable. Will PM Tsipras finally show some spine and tell the banksters where to get off, default and offer hope and a future for a post bankrupt Greece. Or will he once again be a traitor to his nation and his people and cave? This is now getting very interesting. Once again I suggest Tsipras reads the great Lord Byron (HERE) and thinks about what could be for a Greece freed from the debt and the banksters.

Tricky.I heard that the Greeks don’t fancy a Grexit.Of course,there are limits to what they will pay to avoid that.

It’s not that Tsipras is a “traitor”. It’s that the IMF can’t allow a left-wing government even the slightest opportunity of succeeding with alternative policies to their plainly failed prescriptions. Lagarde, inept as French Finance Minister and owing her IMF job only to the Strauss-Kahn shenanigans, would rather turn Greece into a third-world hellhole than admit the IMF has screwed up once again. The Euro-establishment is as lacking as ever in political judgement. I am a committed European, culturally and socially, but despair at how Europe is run.

IMO Greece needs to exit the Euro, I believe many countries should too, it is not a level playing field and so a common currency can never work for all…..just Germany.
Whatever happens, Greece will just kick the can down the road. They are better to exit, endure the problems that will happen for the next few years and then power ahead with the benefits of a weak currency. Spain will suffer if they do, as tourism in Greece will explode, as will house ownership and inward investment. Delaying now just delays the inevitable

Something like Britain has never lost money investing in the IMF.
It’s not that the EU clones are incompetent. They are all in on the deal.
They will be fighting tooth and nail to ensure that Greece does not get ahead. In or out.
In my opinion Greece should default, batten down the hatches, make sure the generals are onside and prepare for an onslaught. If the politicians can’t be bribed, they will go after the media, the police, the army to cause enough trouble to get the ‘right’ people in power.
I’m not sure the Greek people are up for the fight yet unless of course the media is already doing its work.

I had no feelings for or against the IMF until the credit crunch and the subsequent Irish bailout. Conditions imposed by the IMF were to impose more tax on poorer people than richer. Taxes such as water charges and septic tank charges, property tax etc. I could have stomached all this before discovering that senior IMF management pay no tax, yet these bloody bastards come to Ireland and tell the poor they should pay more tax but its all fine and dandy that they pay fuck all and get paid 50 times the average wage. Well if there are any IMF hypocrits reading this I would like to say fuck you and I dont wish you all the best for your future endeavours, you useless bunch of bastards.
