Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
I had a good chuckle at Ben Turney’s ShareProphets Translation Service piece (HERE) covering the formal statement issued by AIM Regulation regarding the biggest stock market fraud the UK has seen in thirty years, otherwise known as Quindell. I am not laughing now. Wednesday’s statement from AIM Regulation proves once and for all that it is just a sham designed to lure investors into a false belief that the LSE’s junior market is policed. It is a front, and an affront.

AS I have said before, its like asking the madam of a brothel to be virtuous.
LSE flawed business model, very flawed.
DUCK AND DIVE
Well said, Nigel – and congratulations on winning this week’s D&D Clean Text Award.
AIM has been ruined by Stuttard and Rolet. IPOs are drying up and investors are drifting away. Soon, the Government will have to devise tax incentives to encourage AIM shareholders to remain invested for longer than a month. The corpse is being pecked clean by the few remaining pumpers and dumpers as even those scams struggle to find enough mugs to succeed.
The stench of putrid flesh pervades the place. The vultures will soon only have themselves to feed on. AIM’s reputation is now so rotten that regulation isn’t needed.
Roll up for the leper colony.

Tom is indeed a legend and his work on this matter has been a guiding light in the dark endless pit of desperation that is the AIM . The time and effort he has dedicated to this work must never be forgotten . He has earned his stripes time and time again and if ever public recognition of a common person is deserved , this is it . Roll on the Knighthood for protecting the investing public . Arise Sir Tom ( we can only hope ) . There is nothing else out there protecting us apart from Tom and his team . Investors are on a conveyor belt to the slaughter house . The young and nieve are wiped out on Aim in an instant and the rest of us play Russian Roulette with the market hoping , just hoping , we wont get fleeced by fraud before Tom gets time to spot it and warn us all . It should not be like this and it does not have to be so .
The French twat that laughingly calls himself Chief Executive of the LSE has to go . Wanker does not even come close . Were there is vacillating leadership at the top it cascades down from level to level . The man can or wont take an “executive” decision to clean up the LSE empire so he must be replaced and soon.
