A New Bulletin Board Moron of the Week Competition & last week’s winner: The power of Tom

The Bulletin Board Morons are noted sometimes for their denial (Afren delisted today, is there hope), sometimes for their sheer stupidity (Worthington Golden ticket holders) and sometimes for their ability to come up with conspiracy theories which are just the other side of insane (Quindell) and sometimes for letting bigotry or a blue mist overcome reality (Rangers FC). And that brings us to last week’s winning Bulletin Board Moron of the week.

    RE: RT
    Today 09:44

    RT has invested 10%.
    Epsilon invested at 3.35p
DAN is currently making progress on achieving short term taget based on organic growth. 4.5p is the current affair value based on fees generated from current work being progressed.
Regardless on outcome of SFO investigation, RT has invested 10% and planted the seed for DAN to grow that investment. QPE invest, show way forward and reap the rewards. RT has proven he is a visionary and in this case is just an advisor to DAN (different from QPP and his previous ventures) he is independant of DAN.
IMO DAN will steer the boat in the right direction with the assistence of QPE who will present further opportunities.

View Thread (2)RE: CatchmeifyoucanToday 13:46There is no strong case that RT was responsible for the massive error in revenue figures produced whilst he was in charge at Quindell.. You are right i am under the assumption he will come out unscathed following SFO investigation.. BUT i am also pretty sure DAN will fulfill RTs plan without his presence… if they do, profits will increase and sp will follow.
Holders of DAN should not be concerned about RT whose 10% investment and influence so far provides a fair valuation of 4.5p… so true is the fact that Epsilon invested at 3.35p.

    “When qpp states the following;

“Capital distribution of at least £1 per ordinary share targetted for Autumn 2015 subject to Court approval”

1.Does this mean they will pay £1.00 plus the current SP (e.g. 0.90p) = £1.90p
    or
    2. they will just pay £1.00 per share I own?

    my understanding is point 1.

Irregularities there will be but i have yet to see any serious fraud uncovered against RT. This mornings “This is Money” reveals RT received almost £100k interest free loan for 9 months” – hardly a biggy and i dont expect any more than a slap on the wrist.
The most serious fraud (or error should i say) came from KPMG and for that they will pay dearly.

  7. warun boofit

I hope the rules allow more than one entry per week as I also like this one by boxian posted on LSE at 9.40 today following the 26% crash of Camkids this morning :

Are we all in agreement now that RT (at least from all known facts) should not be worried… Recent press releases suggest the SFO is more concerned about KPMG and have not even begun questioning RT… they may not bother once they have finished with KPMG and issued a fine on them… this is the most likely result imo.

  9. Nigel Somerville

Glorious, absolutely glorious. This is about Tern and its Proactive interview released the same day as the Nomad-approved Interims:

    TrottersTrading 11 Aug’15 – 12:26 – 7384 of 7399 0 0

ff – The problem is RNS are heavily regulated, they as soo limited to what they can actually say, this is one of the reason they go on Proactive and do interviews so they can get a bigger picture view out there to shareholder and potential investors, its not just promoting prior to placings.

    unquote

Yup, the problem really is the RNS system where you have to tell the truth. If you want to tell lies then Proactive and Twitter are the way forward? Nah, the Proactive interview was just to inform investors, and nothing whatsoever to do with a pre-placing ramp at all (27p last Thursday, Placing at 12p Monday)

Another good argument for why the YLF claim will fail.

There are a whole bunch of third parties in addition to Quindell who could be blamed for losing investors money. The likes of TW, Shareprophets and numerous newspapers are all in the frame along with RT and LM.

  12. zeronegative

More comedy from the DAN LSE Board and the RT fanboy and QPPSAG spokesman K3VMC – This poster forgets to mention all the buys in QPP he boasted about on a weekly basis, all at prices higher that the current price and only mentions the one buy at 30p when RT sold – doesn’t mention how much he bought though (Of course he boasts he;s making money – Don’t they all?). He did state on one occasion when the price was over 250 that he had “bet the farm on QPP” – Strangely he doesn’t mention that trade to his fanboys. Wonder why.

Post you transactions in QPP from your broker account K3VMC so we can all see what a genius you are and that your not a BS merchant.

    Post….

  13. An insight into the sort of moron who owns shares in DAN (down again today)

Ooh look the trolls are out bang on key. Thanks for being as regular as clockwork. Tell me oh doomsayers when did DAN cease being the nomad to QPP? Also tell me which accounts have the review committee said they are happy with? Go on you know the answer just fucks up your bollocks arguments based on scaremongering. Boo !

4p s a realistic target if RT purchases 29.99% no? I’d say there was a good chance of reaching at least 3.35p (placing price) if RT was cleared from all charges from Quindell investigation. I am banking on that happening. I think its more than likely despite what the derampers here might think. GL

  15. Juicin Drumroll

From the face of it the man tirelessly tried to defeat the opposition in defending the company he built (quindell). He was slapped across the face with every statement and, as with most shorted companies, the truth was twisted. The worst thing RT did was sell shares for loan and that is the only thing he has done that might work against him – nothing has been revealed from frc investigation. Crime of the century? Don’t think so.
I could keep saying this til I’m blue in the face but I accept that investors have made up their mind about where QPE is heading and therefore DAN. Time will tell. GL

  20. Sweet Karolina

Nicky is on fire with lunacy having been badly caught out fantasy trading with his “spread bet long on SGH”:

    Nicky Name 13 Aug’15 – 16:32 – 35975 of 35979 0 0
    haha! ‘Sweet Karolina’

I can read, and the ‘risk’ is that QPP will get an extra £39.6 million from NIHL so IRRELEVANT, apart from the risk of getting this extra cash what are you smokin’?

  21. The latest Chapter of the Greets echo:
    “Oh the irony”
    Claims Companies Circle around Quindell
Longterm investors in Quindell are being targeted by claims companies who are offering to take legal action on their behalf with regard to alleged breaches of section 90A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
“Rightly so and the investors are not being targeted, some investors are being pro-active about getting the biggest return on capital!”

Several using the strap line “NO WIN NO FEE”.

“I am sure that Quindell entered into such agreements and have used the same language”

This is an extract from one such company outlining the fee options.

■Option 1 – A “NO WIN NO FEE” option where no Assessment Fee is payable and the Success Fee is capped at 25% + VAT (*other charges may apply)
“So let me work this out… I could possibly get 0.70p in the £ of my investment back, why would I want to do that?”

■Option 2 – An Assessment Fee of £495 +VAT = £594 is payable in advance with a Success Fee which is capped at 20% + VAT

    These are my observations:

    1) With option 1 other charges may apply. In other words it isn’t “NO WIN NO FEE”. Looks like a “FEE FOR NO WIN” to me.

“errr no it sounds like no win no fee however other charges may apply”

    2) When it says capped at 25% / 20% I guarantee the success fee will be 25% / 20%.

“Thank you for that Guarantee Greets but once again why would that put me off when I could get 0.75p in the £ back?”

These claims companies are in my opinion leeches. “Quindells main business oh the irony continues” .

For a fee of £594 (inc VAT) I will instigate a claim against claims companies for trying to fleece Quindell investors (*other charges may apply).

Dazza, not wshing to pour scorn on your credibility, but back in Dec ’14, you posted the following:

Good morning to all WRN faithful holders I reckon we all simply need to be patient here – the deals with have been informed about are large and no doubt complex – and anything worth waiting for is due the patience it deserves? Don’t you think ? Makes me laugh listening to the impatience here as I have had a substantial holding for three years now and was locked in for a year when they suspended last time – people here are moaning about 2 months ! I bought at a mean value of around 6p – and was locked in at 3.5p on suspension for I repeat a year ! I was rewarded by keeping the faith when they finally relisted in August and even now at 87p have made a very tidy sum -if I had sold out of course – BUT I believe when they come out of suspension we will resume at £1.50 plus day one and north of £2.50 within a week rising to £5 plus by Xmas – so don’t panic Mr Mannering Xmas is coming and its gonna be a good one ! And as for 2015 with the U.S. listing well it’s gonna be fireworks love to all WRN faithful and to the doubters – doubt no more – I reckon we will be out of suspension immenantly so hold on to your hats could be tomoz or Monday me thinks ! I will be holing well into the New Year waiting for £10 plus – I have waited three years so another 6 months with all that’s coming its a no brainer – he who dares wins Rodders

I’m curious to know what you have heard that has prompted you to say that a lot will happen in the next few weeks, other than from our dear friend, PB, continuing with the frankly ridiculous charade that he is somehow connected on the inside?

When you look at what the “forgotten army” endured to allow people like the above (GCR) the freedom to behave as they do it fills your heart with despair.

  25. I nearly soiled myself as i read this gem from fmsam on the Worthington Board

If or when it hits £25 a share I’ll be £3125000 to the good and despite his irritation I think I’ll treat him to a slap up curry at is favourite curry house, Le Raj Bridgend, only because he speaks so highly about. Lol

it was almost as dimwitted as Williams142’s post who is a sub-species of scum

Even with your predication of 2038 I am happy to wait.

    £55k in here.

    You say 23years let’s say I average 6% a year for 23 years means I have: £130,900

However ‘best yet to come comment’

    So 55k 0% 22 years 11months.

1 months listed: 2,500% (rounded down for the maths) as it was abit higher last listing.

    Means I have: £1,430,000

So I can live without the money I have in (everyone’s made it this far through without it). Thanks for your prediction of the year though. Good to see you relise even by then some of us will still make a disgusting amount of profit 😄

Well it does appear that the DAN LSE board has replaced the QPP board when it comes to postings from the morons. With most of the VILE POSTERS banned from the QPP board, the DAN board is left with the remaining QPP mafia, the RT fanboys who believe he is a saint and the generally deluded who think DAN are going to be worth 10p, £100million, in a couple of month.
