The share price of LGO Energy (LGO) has plummeted recently, but I still think it looks over-valued and wouldn’t be buying. At the start of the year I gave a sell recommendation on the company when the share price was around 3.5p, giving a market cap of circa £100 million, and since then it has fallen to its current level of 1.55p on the ask.

‘LGO energy looks overvalued and in trouble’
Yes it does and lower prices for its stock are imminent

Not as “in trouble” as your tip Trinity which has gone from 19p to 4p since you tipped it . LGO is drilling the seventh new well this year now . The first is flowing 350 through a choke . 350 × 7 =2450 says it aint in trouble . Its on land with cheap drilling and can just carry on with more wells .
Stop trying to distract from your bad tips like TRIN Gazza .

Wildrides,
TRIN is a very good example of what happens when a company can’t sort its debt out. Was tipped as a speculative play (as most AIM shares are) on them doing so as had already dropped around 90% at that stage and they had mentioned a restructuring that was supposed to happen in March but then didn’t – became a sell when it missed the deadlines it set itself. When fundamentals change you need to react to that and not just blindly hold – what can seem good value based on those can change if those fundamentals then change.
Most of the brokers got that one badly wrong as well if you look at their targets and it pumps over 3000bopd.
LGO make a net loss and as seeing as bank money is only for drilling it will need cash for admin and loan repayments – hence why I think we will see a placing. You told me I was wrong about LGO to have it as a sell at 3.5p!
I wouldn’t be in a rush to buy many oil producers at the moment – I know you think I’ve been too negative on oil in recent months but WTI sub$40 is not good news!

Bring back DL, all is forgiven lol, Although from the LGO vs TRIN rebuttal RNS wording the other day, maybe he is back pulling the strings of his puppet NR..,
