Yes from memory she (who is in fact a he) made the mistake of going over 3% in a company and was named in a holdings RNS ‘ real name’.
And made a hasty exit from ADVFN under that ID.
Then lay low for a while.
Cant remember the company but it is out there.

Sadly, the more times you and the ShareProphets team are proven right the more abusive and plain nasty the likes of Ten Bag Man and his ilk become, culminating with the most ludicrous of accusations …… you, being an agent of the CIA springs to mind!
Just maybe if they actually read the articles posted here and did their own research they wouldn’t be taking such horrendous losses, as outlined here by our good friend and Robert Terry apologist, Brotherhumble, posting on the LSE Daniel Stewart Bulletin Board:-

Winnie and his mates have been trying to smash TERN and it’s director for years.
It got so bad a few months ago That a TERN director went to the police.
Today we have an open letter to AIM ( from WINNIES web site) where the guy says he is worried for shareholders that 1% of the companies shares / warrants may have been miss reported.
This is the same site that has called the shares overvalued at less than half today’s price. !!!
The same site called GATE a scam, ( those shares traded last week up 99 times from their float price back in March this year. ( here they have shouted from the rooftops it was a stonking short) when the stock was over 15 times cheaper than today.
I put it to investors that WINNIE / and or his mates may have shorted TERN at say 4P and are now facing massive margin calls.
This is my own view based on his web page and the share price today

a). When Tern director Angus Forrest reported me to the Old Bill for harassment, like market abuser Chris Oil did this week, he was told not to be so silly and to go away. See HERE
b) Gate is now traded on Britdaq, an illiquid non market. It is a fraud and was booted off AIM. I think we won that one.
c) Neither Nigel or I have ever been short – and it is we alone who have coverd Tern. I know Lucian went short earlier this week but not at 4p! Mr Ten bag can put it to investors that I am short but he has no evidence and in fact he can find none because I am not and never have been and other than Lucian who declared going short at around today’s price no mates of mine are short. No-one I know faces any margin call.
I put it to you that TEN BAG MAN is a total wanker and a prize Bulletin Board Moron, failed ramper who just gets his facts wrong ( see points A, B and C) -

My response to the above (for the record.)
A: The fact that TERN director went to the police shows that he was of the view you were “on his back” (something that has not changed since (as far as I can see).Today, the company has put out an RNS, (Re your open letter to AIM Reg), That RNS has again made you look more than a tad silly (in my view.)
B: Your site told investors GATE VENTURES PLC was a stonking short in March 2015. It was trading last week at around 13 times higher. ( you also also told us some of your mates had gone short). On the ADVFN Gate BB I understand one very famous shorter is still short of the stock.GATE is in fact traded on two sites, ( not one) more can be found on the companies web page. Shares floated at 10P in March,traded last week at £10.00.
C: I note that two of you have never gone short of TERN shares, fair enough. However, I note one of your mates has, I can’t work out if Lucian is a mate of yours or not.

D: Lucian goes short, then your site fires off a letter to AIM.!!!
What is / was the real reason for that letter, ?
Is its intention to put fear into investors in the stock, to sell.?, (thus making a profit for Lucian who sees his short making money.
E: For the record I researched TERN and posted a thread at 1.65P it has since jumped to 28P. I have failed to see any of you tips produce results like that in under a year. !!
F: I understand your filming for the BBC do they know that on the one hand your bending over backwards to rubbish various companies, while at the same time your mates / staff / Lucian is going short to make a profit. What is Lucian doing, is he a mate, paid staff or what.?

As has been declared many times Lucian is paid by this site to write articles. whether he wins or loses himself is his business. When Lucian writes on Tern he will declare his position. When I write I declare mine. I own no shares and am not short.
Anyone can report anyone to the Old Bill. But when the Old Bill tell you to piss off as you are being silly it rather suggests you have no case does it not?
Yes I was CEO of RSH and 2 years after I left it went bust. I think I have covered this many times before. Quite how that bars me from writing about shares escapes me. Im happy to be judged on my share tipping record ( well ahead on buys on Nifty Fifty) and also on calling out frauds.
