It I all very well sitting in my garage in Bristol or in the Greek Hovel writing about companies but it would be fascinating to actually go visit a few of them on the ground with a video camera in hand to report from the coalface. Right now that is not an option for personal reasons you know too well but next year I’ll need to clear my head and already two road trips are sort of planned.

Its a shame Africa is a no no I would have you on a plane to Cameroon to check out Victoria Oil and Gas a company Shareprophets doesn’t really cover a lot but are doing rather well at the moment. You could check on Bowleven at the same time its not far away.
I think you should hit China though Tom with camera in hand to show shareholders exactly what the hell they are throwing their money at despite your warnings. After all that great investigative journalism, you could really stick the knife in and shame the LSE into admitting there is a problem.

South Africa should be safe enough unless you take jobs from the natives. I would like you to track down and photograph the Afriag 40% owned agri-logistics outfit called Afriag SA (which operates out of Johannesburg airport according to a vague Lenigas tweet this week when I asked him for a link to the website of this thriving freight distribution business).
I should warn you however that there is a strong possibility that it doesn’t exist – notwithstanding the RNS announcements of the contracts it has allegedly signed.

Surely a trip to China to visit a load of none existent factories and land for new factories. Or how about a trip into space to visit one of Avanti’s satellites?
Also make sure when you go on a Greek ferry and check out the service that MTV have.

The Worthington Group conglomerate photo trip would be so good, however after much searching probably end up with a laptop in someones home office
Others, Fujian provence in China (the home of fraud) and I have always wanted to see Shenzhen (the home of commerce) which is just a short trip over from Hong Kong which is fantastic and would be fascinating for a finance man such as yourself and all the little british quirks. Then just a couple of hours from Japan and Thailand for a sightseeing trip.
if feeling brave you could even see one of the ghost cities in China to see the extent of the mass overspend on property. http://www.forbes.com/sites/kenrapoza/2015/07/20/what-will-become-of-chinas-ghost-cities/
It is a longish 10 hour flight to HK that costs about £600 each, but a good experience.
