A few reflections on the AFCE Fraud conference today at which I spoke and on the Boohoo (BOO) supper with Paul Scott last night. Then onto Daniel Stewart, Caza (CAZA), LGO Energy (LGO), Wandisco (WAND) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). Then the fire alarm went.

Hillarious ……. except for my beloved LGO of course , which is in Trinidad , and is drilling lots of wells so cash will be fine , as I mentioned before , its no good looking at accounts covering the period prior to the recent seven new wells coming into production .
Oh no you cant let that pile of shite Nostril Terror of the hook ………. its Mom & Pop shite with PLC costs on top . Its so desperate that its fecking around in Africa now . Thinking of which has anybody seen any of Lenigas’s imaginary AFRIAG tucks yet ( he calls trucks tucks in his RNS for some reason ) Any trace of the imaginary haulage business at all yet e.g a web site? or is it like the imaginary Welsh gold mine . We must be told . I think it must be Lemongas’s secret bank account really and not a real business at all ! Virtual trucking .

Wildes,
The LGO dream is becoming real, the decline curve on the LGO wells never gets a mention but its high hence you need more and more wells to merely maintain the production so any increase is brief.
I too projected the 3-4p fall and now we are here at 1p arguing the buy / sell case again, If Oil hadn’t tanked then it could be said there’s a case but its on it’s arse. DL Afriag will (as always) be subjected to a monster ramp, no doubt followed by the usual placing and Nostra has hired ex GKP guy (make your own mind up) however it seems like its got a survival model.

Hi Tom,
I’m glad you “enjoyed” my 3-hour lecture last night on gross margins in the fashion retailing sector, lol!!!
That was the abbreviated version too, I sent you three emails when I got home with all the bits I forgot to cover over dinner!
Regards, Paul.

Tom said Gross Margins from Scotty are worse than having water boarding torture at Quan Tan . Oh no ………… o very very no. I went to the dentist yesterday , the assistant was new and a trainee . You can guess the rest . Yep , I got water boarded and nearly drown having a simple filling . The dipsy beech just could not get the hang of the fecking drilling fluids waste suction hose .For fecks sake …………..all they have to do is suck water out of your fecking mouth and mix cement . A combination of a drain operative and a brickies mate ………. how hard can it be . To hard apparently. Looking forward to double puu monika setting in soon after having my lungs rinsed with drilling fluids . And they forgot to take cores and electric logs , despite signs of an active hydrocarbon system ,trap and seal being present .

But Doc listen ……….. no I mean really listen . LGO have 45 wells fully permitted , drill ready , just waiting in line to drill . The point your missing is they are drilling a batch of wells next with a shallow horizon , 400,000 dollars a piece , with SLOW DECLINE . They have an old one drilled on this horizon that was actually drilled at the dawn of time ( okay 1958 I think from memory ) and it is still producing 24 bopd now . None of their previous drilling has been on this horizon / reservoir except the 1 test well in the last campaign .Hence the new strategy based on the results of that test . Whats not to like , apart from the lack of monthly production bopd data, and Ritson being more secretive than a very secret thing and the oil price and ………………………………………………………………………………………………….ZZZzzzZZZZzzzZZZZzzzzZZZzzzZZZzzzzZZZ
