Motive Television (MTV) has announced a further confetti issue to Bergen Global Opportunity Fund, LP – adding that “Bergen has agreed to certain, substantial, limitations on its ability to dispose of the shares… Additionally, Bergen does not, and has agreed not to, and to cause its affiliates not to, short-sell the company's ordinary shares”. Hmmm…

I haven’t done the math but I assume this was the maximum amount of debt Bergen could convert without triggering an automatic takeover bid. How they plan to sell them into a market which has finally abandoned all hope is bit of a mystery. Maybe Fertig has an RNS up his sleeve which, atypically, will actually send the SP north for a few days.
