Fridays focus of ramping for David Lenigas was AIM listed AfriAg (AFRI) But what is this company and who is involved? I sense the ghost of LonRho, what follows makes this an uber-bargepole stock

Hi Tom
Very good read but not for Jabba??
Please note that although AfriAg PLC is on AIM it is an Isle of Man company.
Hanging is Far Too Good for Them
Nice people.
I told you hanging was too good for them.

I bet your really glad you finally pulled brown coloured Jabba out of your ass after having him stuck up there licking for SA for all these years . Those of us who had been asking for years direct questions to you about why you never slated Del Boy Lemongas companies ( defined as when he was actually on the board) can now gloat for England . Whilst you were cosying up being “best mates” you turned a blind eye to his activites for year after year . Now all of a sudden you want to out him. What happened ……….. let me guess, you got WHINI MATHS to finally add up did you ? or are the global conspirators demanding a good hatchet job ? or is it just the DL vendetta that made you “look up” after all these year and years of ignoring totally all the DL red flags ? People have been asking you directly via the comments section since this site was first launched why you never “hatchet jobbed” Leni Companies ( when he was on the board ) . Your certainly making up for it now , but way to late to convince us cynical ones of the true motivation .

DUCK AND DIVE
Surely this is a bodged attempt to close the stable door after the horse has bolted?
No-one has been able to find any evidence that “Afriag SA” or “Afriag (Pty)” are real companies. Every Google return is a result of a Lenigas RNS. There is no sign that the companies were ever registered, either here or in Africa. The payment for Afriag Plc’s 40% equity purchase (£10k plus 18% of AFRI’s shares) went into Robillard’s family trust vehicle, Cozinix (Pty) Ltd, and was never declared in a TR-1 RNS. And the Robillard family started dumping the shares before the ink was dry.
So, are we to assume that DL got a bit anxious when bloggers started to look for Afriag SA/Afriag (Pty), with one threatening to put an investigator on the ground? Has Afriag Plc instead had an arrangement with Robillard’s real logistics outfit, the alleged tobacco smuggling PFC Integration?
Is this why Afriag SA/Afriag (Pty) doesn’t rate a single mention in the spiffing new Afriag magazine? Is it why DL has now come clean about the previously never-mentioned tobacco business? Has Afriag SA/Afriag (Pty) now morphed into the newly registered DRK? Will AFRI shareholders hear no more about Afriag SA/Afriag (Pty)?
But if so, why no RNS?
And why register DRK in the UK? Is Robillard no longer allowed to be a director in South Africa? And who is “Michel” de Robillard?

if the smuggling rumours are true are the fastjet money laundering rumours true as well
if this was two hundred years ago Lenigas and De Robillard both good pirates names would be scuttling ships off the coast of cornwall to take their liquor.

Should rename the company ‘AfriFag’, a much better description.

If there were to be a new company called Afrifag as suggested, here’s an idea for a corporate logo https://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://static.ddmcdn.com/gif/blogs/nursing-your-lungs-main.jpg&imgrefurl=http://news.discovery.com/human/life/this-just-in-cigarette-smoking-is-really-bad-for-you-infographic.htm&h=505&w=622&tbnid=T-PpF2dRNlr2_M:&docid=Nf15ho8vdS63eM&ei=dcNuVvTkJ8nTUdLOkpAI&tbm=isch&ved=0ahUKEwi08-fvudvJAhXJaRQKHVKnBII4ZBAzCD8oPDA8
