   Actually we do know when Mrs de Robillard dumped her 50m shares: it was on or before 28th Aug 2013.

   SP was ~ 1.5p preceding that so she netted a cool £700k profit from her initial £50k stake.

   Needless to say, her going from > 6% to zero wasn’t something she felt necessary to inform the market about via a TR-1.

   Evolve sold the bulk of their shares (and ended up with a zero holding) in June/July 2014.

   That was about 71m shares. They must have been gutted as the SP had crashed by that time.

   @Len – Evolve were in the original listed company, 3D Diagnostic Imaging Plc, and got a free carry into the 3D Resources shell when 3DDI decided to delist, and thus into AFRI. They duly sold their shares in the orchestrated dump after AFRI announced the Afriag SA investment. Doesn’t look too fishy – except ISTR that the big cheese at 3DDI was also head honcho at Evolve Capital which went into voluntary insolvency a week after selling its AFRI shares.

   There is much more meat on these bones though and I’m hoping that the combined sleuth-power of SP will soon reveal all about the shadowy 0.1p subscribers listed as Eastland Investments Limited and Marsden Resources Limited, while prior investor Amberdays Limited also merits closer inspection. At least one of these seems to have been dissolved long before this subscription while another was officially dormant with assets of £1.

   Mr Lenigas held 5m shares in Templar Minerals/Ortac Resources indirectly through a company called Marsden Resources Limited through Pershing Nominees in july 2010.

    Eastland Investments Ltd and Amberdays Ltd are both owned by a single shareholder (and Director), one Richard John Brooks.

    That’s the same Richard John Brooks who is the owner of Green Hair Services Ltd, from which Lenigas Cuba bought TravelWelcome.
