This is very very simple. I shall state the known facts about Marsden Resources Ltd. And then Jabba The Hutt can explian this all away either by twitter or with an RNS for Afriag (AFRI) or direct to AIM Regulation. Big Dave it is your call.

It’s not just AfriAg plc
David Lenigas and Marsden Resources are both listed on the UKOG shareholders register in the 2013 Annual Report (p8)
http://www.ukogplc.com/ul/Annual%20Report%20&%20Accounts%202013.pdf
Needless to say there no note to indicate that there is any link between the two.
Note that Lenigas was Chairman of UKOG at the time and signed off this Annual Report.

At last we’re getting down to the nitty gritty…
Marsden Resources was also a bargain-basement investor in UKOG, btw. Anyone smelling an Aussie ponzi yet…?
Don’t ignore Eastland Investments Limited and Amberdays Limited. This still has plenty of legs. Fatty (and his concert party) may be forced to put in a bid to buy AFRI…and others.

Duck and Dive,
Starting to look a bit like all the inter-linked companies that were associated with another Aussie favourite, RRL and OKAP Ventures! Although in that case it was more pass-the-parcel with the assets, with lots of billing for advisory services along the way to facilitate that!

@Gary – yes, it’s the roo smokescreen again.
What AFRI shareholders will be most concerned about is where did their money go? Where did the £1.3m go and where did the extra £2m go if the 188m shares were dumped at the pumped price?
Did any of it end up in Fatty’s pouch or in PdR’s back pocket? Or did it get laundered around the Lenigas empire – some of it maybe even on call to AFRI to delay the fundraising that TW is touting? Or maybe Fatty is using some of it to fund his recent showboating AFRI share purchases…
Follow the money.
