OCT Half year results are in breach of AIM rules as they do not include a cashflow statement and to comply with AIM rules all 3 must be there ie P+L, BS and CF.
Fatty Cornish ought to know that, but was clearly too busy having second helpings of spotted dick and custard to notice that the half year statement he signed off on was deficient and non compliant. Drop AIM Reg a line about it and OCT will miraculously produce a cashflow statement.

Agree with the general point re corporate bullshit and I agree that front running of placings definitely happens but INFA
a) dropped from 2p+ earlier this month on the final results, which made it obvious more funding would be required
b) II holders L&G and AXA have taken shares in the placing. I don’t doubt that some went to bucket shops too but at least half want to the institutions
c) none has been forward sold today, which is clear from the price action and trades
d) The company makes it clear this funding is to progress the monetisation of its Islandmagee gas storage project. This is a binary bet, but if they can pull it off the upside should be very large.

I’m rubbish at Presents and always buy my wife the stuff she never uses but because I did OK on ETQ she wants the money for the January sales that start boxing day before I get paid out. If I was you I would give her the money for the sales’s because women love spending money Most of the items I bought last year was half price boxing day and I had them on a credit card.I was going to take them back and get a refund.Lol.:)

INSP sound as if they have a unique product, but it turns out they have competition. FLOW also provide mchp boilers and seem to be at a similar stage in development to INSP with first customer installations expected in March 2016.
But if you really want one of these technological marvels with a Sterling engine to generate electricity while heating the house Baxi will sell you one now although they are a bit expensive.

what are your thoughts on israeli companies…my fear is that they offer little transparency. they are mainly hi tech, often defence industry related. Ive lost money on Telit, also on techfinancials and a couple of others. I write because i’ve noted a buy tip from galvan for mwe, part of their pitch is high nav to market a swell as usual buzzwords. Id be interested to know your views. You have certainly saved me a lot of money this year with your courageous exposure of aim shenanigans and youve taught me to think differently.. A heartfelt thanks.

I’d second that about Israeli companies.BSD Crown looks like a speculative counter to me at present.You’re taking a massive leap of faith that the management have the shareholders best interests at heart – okay,it might turn out fine,but who knows ? N.B. Sorry for mis-spelling Zak’s name !

I had a better idea ……… buy her a carbon fibre false leg for Oakley , which would have alternative uses such as :- a door stop , a soup stirring device or pastry roller . You could supplement the gift with a years supply of colostomy bags for the “pooing cat” and single use plastic trogar & canula to make the hole through the side of said cat ( do make sure you pick the right cat ) finally …….a video of “cats do the stupidest things” edition 32 . No woman could resist your charms after receiving the above stocking full of charming gifts.
