You thought that Aussie poltroons Slater & Gordon (SGH) - target price ZERO - were trying to be clean and transparent when it comes to the crap they bought from Quindell (QPP). Think again. We have obtained internal emails which show that the reverse is true.

But SGH did the best due diligence ever on PSD, so how could they have missed all the fraud and taken on one of the key fraudsters to be CEO of the UK division? Could all the repeated assurances regarding what great due diligence was done be a lie that leads to a Class Action against them in Oz? – there has been “press speculation” in Oz that a Class Action is brewing.
Chances are SGH will be bust before a Class Action gets to court and there is no point suing a bankrupt company.

Drunken, That’s why you petition the court to have money set aside for said class actions, as has happened here in the UK, with QPP, now WTG, also part of SGH.

WTG shareholders can kiss goodbye to the £50M in escrow and any NIHL payments and therefore to the extra 10p, now £1 post consolidation, that the directors hoped to be able to return.
