Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
My Yusuf Kajee of Afriag (AFRI) is aware that my mother killed herself. That has encouraged him on a number of occassions to question my sanity and smear me in a variety of ways on twitter while refusing to answer basic questions about his business activities. He has today stooped to a new low which is truly beneath contempt. This prompts a letter to his Nomad, Cairn Financial. We do live in a civilised 21st century do we not?

Duck and Dive
Kajee is an obnoxious, immature – and possibly criminal – fool who is clearly a liability to Afriag Plc; but he doesn’t hold any office within Afriag Plc so I doubt that Cairn will admit any responsibility for him.
True enough, Dimwit Dave, in his recently published Afriag corporate rag, states:
“Yusuf Kajee is an entrepreneur and has run many diversifi ed
businesses. He has the unbelievable skill of breaking cartels and
taking businesses to a new corporate level. Yusuf runs the day-to-day
marketing, finance and strategy of the group.”
…but he fails to explain what office Kajee holds which gives him authority to carry out these key corporate jobs. As at today’s date, there are only two Afriag Plc directors: the ubiquitous Harris and Strang.

Couldn’t agree with you more.
That is disgusting, the irony of posts from David Lenigas recently on the subject and now this beggars belief.

I’ve never had any interest in Afriag and now never will. His comments are crude and ugly and belong in the gutter. Not the sort of person I would want managing one of my investments.

That tweet is an absolute disgrace.
If Cairn don’t resign and distance themselves from this farce it will reflect very poorly on them!
Let’s hope somewhere in the bowels of the Cairn organisation someone still has integrity!

Shrug your shoulders, Tom, and keep on plugging at this one. OK, easy to say, I know, but you also know in your innermost soul that these two are going to crash and burn. All these characters always do, just look back down the long, long line: Maxwell, Dr Emil Savundra (remember HIM? “Who are YOU to question an intelligence like MINE?!”)
NEMESIS
I was going to say on the bearcast thread that it’s a start that Lenigas isn’t hiding behind Kajee and his twitter account anymore and is stupid enough to write the shit he does himself, and then this idiot shows his face again.
Don’t stop digging Tom whatever you do, these guys are on the run, every unanswered irregularity is just another thing to add to the list, one in time which will be too big for anyone (including regulators) to overlook.
Josh
You are both brave and correct to raise this issue.
