"David Lenigas, Yusuf Kajee, Paul de Robillard, Spin Doctor David Bick, Nomad Cairn Financial we have beaten them all, we have beaten them all! Jabba The Hutt, can you hear me? Jabba The Hutt... your Afriag boys took a hell of a beating! Your boys took a hell of a beating!" Yes, Afriag PLC (AFRI) has just announced that it is leaving the AIM Casino and will now only be listed on the ISDX lobster pot and its shares are collapsing. It's ouzo O'Clock for the Sheriff of AIM once again as more bad guys are driven out of town.

Well done Tom. Some good comments for BBM of the week arising from this.

The BBM I alive with utter denial and hilarious blame shifting. turns out the AIM is shit and Afriag never wanted to be listed there in the first place! the move to ISDX is great news and its very clever way of saving money. LOL.
Somewhere in the north the live in ramper kenny100 is crying into his porridge.

Blimey ………. no more RNS about fleets of “Tucks” to take the Michael out of . The lovers tiff between Dell boy and Whinny that turned into a vendetta comes full circle . Karma restored ( for a while anyway)

“@TomWinnifrith @Fergmac1 okay let me see if can get there 25/26. We moving into bigger offices here in Dubai , hence the later arrival in uk”
So.. still on target for that one or is he still humping desks about the ‘bigger offices’?

As you may have previously pointed out, there was no good reason for dual listing AFRI on ISDX if the plan had ever been to maintain both listings going forward. There isn’t a single benefit to being dual listed on ISDX — it’s simply an additional expense. So I would rate it an absolute certainty that AFRI’s departure from AIM was known about before the ISDX listing…and equally certain that the other Lenigas ventures which were dual listed will soon be spinning their way off AIM too (for which kudos will go to ShareProphets and, belatedly, to AIM Regulation).
I trust that ShareProphets will continue to monitor this operation after it leaves the AIM casino.

On being asked if his companies being booted from AIM has effected his mental health, david lenigas commented, ‘‘Ooh eeh, ooh ah aah, ting tang walla walla bing bang.’‘
