Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. Motive TV (MTV) may well see its shares suspended from the AIM on St Valentine's Day causing a massacre of the portfolios of the complete morons who own shares in this cash burning POS . The reason? Belatedly it is today warning us that come 14 Febuary it will be without a Nomad.

Duck and Dive
Back in mid-November, any PI wanting to sell MTV shares on the back of what would have been a red flag RNS would have been 300% better off – or should I say 300% less badly off – than PIs jumping ship on today’s news. So MTV have broken the rules by keeping this news to themselves for almost three months and PIs have suffered losses as a consequence. Shirley SP should be flagging this up to the regulators?
Also worth flagging up is the gobbledegook quote from chairman, Michael Pilsworth about the “unfortunate timing that following the agreement by the company’s CLN holders to extend the maturity date of the CLNs and the recent progress in the Company’s trading activities Sanlam has decided to cease its Nomad activities and give us notice.”
This is plainly wrong. Sanlam gave notice of their resignation well before any agreement was reached with the CLN holders.
And if MTV haven’t been able to find a replacement nomad in the past 10 weeks, they certainly won’t find one now. So will they beat PTV in the race to oblivion? The bookies are calling it 4/6 MTV, 11/10 PTV.

I now have it on good authority that Sanlam gave MTV notice of resignation at the end of October and that this was apparently unconnected with Sanlam’s later announcement of its withdrawal from AIM.

Did they disclose to the CLN holders when they extended?
Material fact clearly omitted otherwise why the fuck would any sane creditor agree to extend?
Eugene Tablis at Bergen cant convert and dump his shares fast enough lol!!!
Tom, the FCA and SFO should surely be looking into this! Fertig has tols a tissue of lies in RNS and or deliberately deceptively headlined RNS’s. He’s also made several appearences on “stocktube” and bullshitted his way through.
A crook of the highest order!
