The scouse blogger Doc Holliday has today said that he will be stealing a few hubcaps so that he can buy one share in the London Stock Exchange (LSE). That will alllow him to join the protests at its AGM in late April about its wholesale failure to tackle fraud and PLC lies on the AIM Casino. So that makes three comrades pledged to attend: Doc, myself and Lucian Miers. Will you come too? Here's the deal...

D&D I have £20 on they wont get admitted at all but I hope they do get in and manage to ask questions, its a bet I will be happy to lose.

In the event that the gladiators are excluded from the meeting the final sentence in section 5 would offer some recourse : ‘The consequence of excluding a person who is entitled to attend could be to vitiate the meeting’ although I suppose it would be expensive to set S&M on to the LSE unless there was a good chance of winning, perhaps they could do it pro bono for the good of the common people, and the pigs will then fly over Battersea.
