Troyska, I don’t think there’s any doubt that there’s oil in the Kimmeridge. What this investment has always been about is commercial viability. This is an area of the UK with just about the highest density of Stockbrokers, Queen’s Counsellors and such ilk. The merest hint of commercial drilling for oil underneath their potting sheds (Sorry, that should of course read “their GARDENERS’ potting shed” will see the biggest outburst of nimbyism we’ve ever witnessed. It’ll make fracking look like wildcatting.
I’m absolutely sure that, over the next few days and on the strength of this report, the shareprice will rise. I’m really sure of it. Now, good luck to you here, Troyska, but will you have the nous to know when to fold, or will you, like so many, start off the old mantra, “I’m in this for the long haul”; which for so many AIMS investors really means “the long drop”.

My filter list is growing but it makes for a more pleasant read of this board.
The reason I bought shares in this company is for the telematics which I believe has future rewards to reap. I intended to keep the shares long term so I am not overly concerned that I am down somewhat. Hopefully they will be picking up over the next couple of years with good management plans in place.

I checked his posting history to ensure he was not a bear taking the piss (as was the case for the previous 2 weeks before last week’s winners). And sure enough he runs with all the dog shares.
I was robbed last week. My MTV moron could not even work out what his 5M shares would be worth at a totally ludicrous 1p. He even bought more just before the bell on Fri. He still has not worked out that even if he owned all the shares in MTV, his entire holding is now worth 0p.
As for my entry this week you have to give me credit for:
“very solid company”
“good intelligent people”
“honest and transparent approach”
“once on a different market this will rocket” not has rocketed in the past, plus they are already on ISDX and are just giving up their AIM listing to avoid being booted off.
“mega fold” is accurate, but is a product of moronic English as opposed to genuinely meant prediction.
Give me a break, I have to win this competition one week and so far the only other real entry is pretty weak by comparison.

I find it interesting that all the recent l3.3m shares sold by a EIS fund were bought by a multitude of institutional investors, some big names I hear who would have done a good bit of due diligence before buying.
These investors I assume either would be aware or made aware of the allegations being made by TW and chose to ignore them.bullfly

I suspect that that “very solid company” stuff and “honest and transparent” might even be the work of a working-from-home paid ramper trying to work a short-term pump ‘n dump. They don’t sound like the sort of phrases that crop up spontaneously on the bulletin boards, do they? More like board-room-inspired hype on an investors’ hand-out. You know, “Mission Statement” bulls**t.
Bullfly: good catch. It’s not just the kind of stuff that wins MoTW, it’s the kind of balanced, witty Churchillianesque quip that get you in court nowadays! He is a star act.

There is some negativity on here which is understandable. However, having contacted DAN recently, I can confirm that DAN have not disappeared. Rather, I understand that:
That business is improving with a growing pipeline of work
That they are currently considering a number of different options including both a listing on a stock exchange or on a matched bargain service and will update in due course once a decision has been reached.
It would also appear that various shorters, desperate to close out short positions, are spreading negative rumours (in the same way as they spread rumours about Quindell going to zero before it rocketed to 130p) and suggesting ridiculously low prices in order to scare private investors. I would strongly suggest ignoring such parties. If you look at GATE Ventures, which appeared to be a fraudulent company, then it can be seen that the share price rose very significantly after delisting. The reason for this was that shorters needed to close out and had to pay whatever price was demanded by buyers. May I ask why shorters might be trying to scare private investors before the shares are relisted and trying to do off-market deals? The only logical reason is that they want to close out before the market re-opens because they are scared of having to pay much more. When the market re-opens, if holders hold then the shorters will burn. I understand (I cannot present this as fact, as I do not work at the company) that business is improving with new clients being taken on and the RNS of January supports this, as do Rob Terry’s various remarks (I very much doubt that if he is being investigated by the SFO that he would be stating outright lies, and pumping millions of his own money in to buy more shares off market before the shares list again). In time, one would think that the share price should rise as business improves. So, we have a situation as follows:
Shorters desperate to close their positions off-market before trading resumes
Rob Terry increasing his position to the maximum possible off-market before trading resumes
A third party buying significant numbers of shares off market from Rob Terry at 3.35p
A positive forward-looking trading announcement about improving pipelines of work from the company
Very supportive shareholders putting in more money
What would this suggest? I do not present this as fact but looking at this it would appear that the company is poised for growth (quite possibly strong growth with additional work from major shareholders and new clients), with shorters desperate to get out and RT trying to buy as much as possible to profit from this growth.

The two things i’m absolutely convinced of are the £1.3 Billion plus NAV figure is still on; and that the model entails “add value FIRST, increase the number of shares in issue LATER” – which means we will resume trading with a tiny number of shares in issue in conjunction with a gigantic NAV. Factor in the huge interest, multi listings etc and the best really is yet to come, anything up to +5000% profit (or more).
The model is not “dilute first, add value later” although the trolls clearly wish it was.
Yeah Yeah – This absolute zoomer should learn that however many shares are in issue is irrelevant as any number times zero = fuck all.
