In today's St David's Day podcast I wish my Welsh listeners a happy national day and - especially for you - discuss why sheep porn matters. I then move onto Horse Hill and today's news and why Ben Turney and the other silly rampers are talking shit. To make it simple, I use the analogy of Ms Cheryl Cole and Mr Wayne Rooney. I discuss African Potash (AFPO), letters of credit and thus Environmental Recycling (ENRT) and its fellow FRAUD Eden Research (EDEN). Its PR man Queenie McManus is - I assume - still smearing me as he chats to his pals the Bulletin Board Morons - but the company refuses to meet for an interview. What - other than fraud - is it hiding? I discuss Greka Drilling (GDL) as it heads down the pan and - after today's results from Barclays (BARC) - banks in general and why Old Getafix is wrong to be such a bull.

The old Eden board has become quite depressing on Eden matters because it seems to have one or two people trying to drive traffic to TW’s site whilst at the same time pouring cold water on anything positive in relation to the company.
The latest says that there should be an RNS to confirm receipt of milestone payments etc. etc. That seemed rubbish to me because the Malta RNS said they would fall due on National Registration. I sent the following to Paul McManus “Dear Paul While reviewing the Malta RNS this morning, it reminded me that upon national registrations, milestone payments from licensees would become payable. Further, there has been some comment on BB’s that receipt of such payments would require an RNS to be released. Given that the Malta RNS made it clear that such payments would fall due, it seems to me that no further RNS would be required to confirm their receipt – but that these would appear in the accounts in due course. In any event, no RNS would be required to clarify the amounts concerned since surely such matters would be commercially confidential. Are you able to confirm that such payments are due and advise me as to whether my interpretation is correct? Kind Regards > He has confirmed that my interpretation is correct. SpeculatorThe original RNS never gave any figures. People are assuming these milestone payments are large and remove the need for a placing.
If material payments have been received then an RNS is required. If however the payments are immaterial then no RNS is required. There has been no RNS mentioning milestone payments either at the time of the country approvals or since.
He should have asked the Nomad, ie the people responsible for ensuring the rules are followed not the lying PR Drama Queen.

Tosser fund last bought on 28 Oct when the price was about 180p, they could not have offered any less than the highest price paid in the last 12 months.
Madness but wtf it is other peoples money they are spunking and once delisted the scandals can all be supressed.
Does show the danger of shorting, Lucien is going to take a bath on this one.

Good point,DS.Although if you were to publicise that – that INTQ is hugely overvalued,and that they are tossing other people’s money down the drain,it might make things uncomfortable for them.
