This morning LGO Energy (LGO) admitted that US investors were - after all - not going to spunk $20 million on bailing out the debt ridden, AIM listed disaster story. I can reveal that a plan B is now underway. Jabba The Hutt is back in town...

I see your making up RNS content again . Here is what the RNS actually says :-
“Having considered the options available, the Board has decided to terminate the FSP with immediate effect. The Board believes that the other strategic refinancing opportunities available represent the best approach for the Group and the Board now intends to focus exclusively on those funding routes.”
FSP = Formal sales process
It does not say that the Americans have pulled out . It says the board are not looking to sell the company or its assets via a formal offer . They are looking to continue running the business with an injection of funding . No doubt you have been speaking to the AIM Highwayman this morning since he has published similar on his website . Do try to be factual old boy . A placing may be a part of a funding injection , but it may not be the whole picture .
While your here …… Tell me about your tip Teathers currently suspended and worth ZERO . When are you going to interview Drummond and find out what is to become of the Shareholders monies that your clients of Hot Stock Rockets have invested . Share holders want some news on Teathers . Speak to your good mate Drummond will you and find out when shareholders can expect action or a return of their funds ASAP.

For the first time in an eon, Uncle Tom doesn’t conclude with the boilerplate signoff, “Target price 0p”.
I’m sure that Dodgy Dave will delight in proving ShareProphets wrong on LGO – at least for the foreseeable future. The real surprise is that Tom apparently didn’t see this one coming as it was obvious even to the uber-morons.

Try to get your facts right for once in your life. In recent comments i have caveated with a higher target price ( 0.1, 0.15 etc) IF a placing is got away. I Stand by that though in the end this shite will go under ( just like fastjet).

What about Wides’ comment. He is right the RNS does not say Yanks have walked. $20m was never going to be enough so maybe the £5m placing is in addition. Maybe the yanks have said slaughter BBMs first with your own placing and then we will come in to chop them into small pieces and bury them in a mass grave. £5m won’t even cover what is owed to the froggies. A dual route funding makes sense. However:
“Cautionary Statement
It should be noted that none of the new funding arrangements currently envisaged by the Company are certain or can be guaranteed.”
This ramp seems to be running out of steam already after the initial spike.

“As such, at current oil prices, with LGO drowning in debt it cannot hope to repay, the fundamental value of this company remains less than 0p. The shares are worthless.”

FFS fundamental value is not the same as a target price.- surely you do not believe in perfectly efficient markets on AIM do you? Next you will be telling me that trade payables are included in net cash. Apologies, no-one could be that stupid could they?

LGO is your biggest 0p call of the year. But the market seems to know more than you because every time you bash it, the SP rises. I couldn’t give a fig what happens to LGO but I enjoy watching your growing frustration that it doesn’t bow to your quill.
Not sure what relevance trade payables and net cash have here but here’s a nice book for you to read, written by a CFA working for BNY Mellon:

Who says LGO is my biggest 0p call? I thought S&G was a far bigger call in terms of market cap etc. Overall having called it as a slam dunk sell from 3.6p down to 0.3p I think Mr market accepts I have got it right even if you do not.
You are still wrong on net cash. Can you tell us what FJET’s cash minus debt (0 i think) minus trade payables + trade receivables is?

Bennt boy

You’ve already had the answer in several places from people much closer to the company than me.
In case you missed it, the answer is $20m (as at the end of last month).
