I need more visibility on the squatting method. Don’t most Chinese pee at the same time as they take a dump? That being so, what proportion of the pee misses its intended target? Or is it ok to pee anywhere in the vicinity of the toilet? And does size matter?

Apparently , 30 years ago , diabetes rates across China were only about 1% .
Fast forward to today and apparently 10% either already have it or are at high risk of developing it .
It’s progress of sorts – and a business opportunity .
