Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Show Me the Money was not only an award winning TV programme fronted up by a terribly witty and intelligent chap whose name temporarily eludes me, but is also what shareholders in MX Oil (MXO) will be shouting at CEO Stefan Oliver today. The Nigerian moolah has still not arrived.

Duck & Dive insults TW in a post pointing out typos. TW says that is the last time I break a holiday to report early while sitting in a car - I should be talking to my Mrs. Fuck you D&D this site is free and you are a total wanker. Just fuck off

There’s no point posting anything at any time if it’s incomprehensible. Eight typos/spelling mistakes in such a short piece is nothing to be proud of. Use a spellchecker like everyone else – or pay someone with a proper education, like Nigel, to sub your unintelligible streams of consciousness before inflicting them on your clickers. ShareProphets is a business, right?
TW: D&D: this is a free service if you dont like it fuck off and see if I care, if you want to change the business model & personel then buy the business. Until you do, you have no say in its running and so just fuck off if you don't like it and see if I care.Simon Hodges
Tom seems to have had very blurred vision in appraising this deal from the word go regarding it as a genuine binary bet!
He likes to talk about earnings visibility etc but when you look at this Nigerian company there is none. Their web site barely functions and must have cost all of a £1,000 to put together. Hardly looks like they could ever stump up $18 million if they can’t even afford to publish a working web site.

The link for the oil company part of the company does not work at all.

There is no visibility whatsoever as to what kind of finances they had in place. From this latest RNS it is clear that the company did not have the funds in place to finance this deal and in the current climate its was always problematic to say the least as to how they were going to get them. Nigeria is a centre for fraud and most of its takes place in the oil and gas industries. MXO will eventually inform us that the Nigerians have pulled out of the deal. What a scam.
This was always an non-binding agreement like LGO’s $20 million institutional investor supposedly waiting in the wings. MXO cynically used this ‘agreement’ with a joke Nigerian company they insisted was a ‘credible third party’ to fund a series of placings to keep the project going despite ludicrously claiming as they went – that the last thing they wanted to do was dilute shareholders.
Tom asleep at the wheel on this one and I posted him all this info on 26th February.

I can now reveal that the Nigerian oil company backers are the same folk that recently e-mailed me, offering a life changing deal.
Apparently, they have hundreds of millions of dollars of Nigerian Government money locked away in various banks and need my help to release their money from frozen accounts. In return for allowing my bank to be used to transfer the funds and making a small payment to cover fees, I’m to receive several millions of dollars. I can hardly believe my good fortune!
Needless to say, once I receive my millions I intend investing the whole lot in that wonderful successful brilliantly run enterprise….. MX Oil!

Well said. The same company has also come to an agreement to buy my garden for $18 million. It must be criminally under valued as local estate agents only think the whole house is worth $300,000 but they didn’t know about all the jam tomorrow oil lurking beneath it. On the back of this bid I have reversed into a shell PLC and need to get some placings away as I can’t pay my mortgage as the new company already has cash flow issues that we need to address and obviously we also need to raise funds for 3D seismic and general capex for this once in a lifetime small oiler investment opportunity. $4 to $6 million would be a good placing to pull this wonderful investment rug from under the Nigerian’s feet and leave all the jam for British toast. Obviously, as astute investors both you and Tom would like to be involved in this 25p placing so please feel free to contact Goldman Sachs who are handling the deal.
For more credible third party details please see my interview with Zak Mir as he gives me a right grilling and painstakingly goes through the fundamentals to establish a target price of 73p.

You guys won’t believe it but my new company ‘Jam Tomorrow Holdings PLC; is pleased to welcome David Lenigas to the board. Simon Hodges Chairman of the company said.
“This is unbelievable news. David has a track record of being able to raise money within the city from complete dogs of companies and that really puts us on track to deliver growth and maximize share holder value. The value of David’s contribution cannot be measured. He has already suggested that in addition to oil there are also great quantities of gold and lithium beneath my garden making this a no-brainer investment whether you a petrol head when it suits him with ‘UKOG’ or a green tree hugger when it comes to EVs which he ramps with equal aplomb as the market suits him. It doesn’t matter if this company is a complete fraud, with Lenigas on board you know the only way for the SP is up until he bails and pockets his profits.

Oh yawn yawn! after congratulating S. O. on achieving the MX Oil Aje deal, a change of tack Tom!
You would do well to look back at my comments on the Cornhill couple. No surprise to me if the deal fails altogether.
