“The only sure fire winners are going to be the lawyers” no shit Sherlock and with the case taking place in the US that is a double no shit. Great pantomime for those on the sidelines though. If anyone can find out which court in Texas, then it is probably possible to get access to all the filings online, as US generally does freedom of information much better than us.
