It is now well past no one is watching o’clock and still no announcement from Andalas. Maybe it will come tomorrow morning. If it does not then something has gone badly wrong. They may well have agreement for £1.5m at 0.2p, but this is not a keep the lights on for a few months then pass the hat around placing. The admission document needs to be signed off by reporting accountants confirming there is enough cash to meet all expenses for at least 18 months.
So go on Tom torture your cat again to work out all the anger and frustration and then be your nicest most generous guy and see if you can find a way that just £1.5m would be enough to meet the announced business plan, after all the admission document expenses are taken into account (around £400k!) with all PLC costs thrown in for 18 months – I bet you can’t and the reporting accountant will be having similar issues with putting his name to a report that they can. Yes of course you can point to loads of other AIM admission documents in the past where the accountants signed off on 18 months cash and the hat was passed round much sooner for no good reason, but the climate is changing (nothing to do with global warming), a number of auditors / accountants are in deep merde for signing off on things that even your poor tortured cat could see were utter bollocks.
It will be very interesting to see that admission document. if it ever sees the light of day.

Well well well. I said £1.5M was not enough so the dilution is much worse. Morons who hold can average down through bonus warrants so who would buy in the market above 2p, which means anyone who took part in the placing will not be able to flip for a quick turn.
The assets look exceptionally unexciting remember that a GCOS is just the chance of finding any gas at all and not the chance of it being a commercial find. The only way for ADL shares on relist is down.
