Strengthening the Sub-Standard Shockers XI squad – CIC Gold, get your boots on!

By Cynical Bear | Wednesday 8 June 2016

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

To be fair, it was a shocking omission from the original squad (HERE) in the first instance but clearly with only three substitutes and three of the squad currently in suspension, I need as many players as I can get and CIC Gold (CICG) fits the bill.

In truth, it doesn’t add a great deal to the quality on the pitch at the moment as one can see from the abuse thrown at the company on this site since obtaining its Standard Listing last year that can be seen HERE. CIC Gold is currently in suspension pending an RTO and as Tom mentioned earlier in the week on his Bearcast HERE, the latest nonsense was an announcement on Monday of a change in the terms of the RTO so it may never actually return from suspension.

For the record, having listed at 5p in June 2015, its suspended price is 1.425p. A true Stuart Bromley triumph.

Nevertheless, its inclusion does bring the squad size to fifteen, which has a nice ring to it, and it certainly adds comedic value and plenty for the commentators to warble on about.

Right, the squad is complete:

Toople

Vertu Capital

Davictus

Challenger Acquisitions

Falcon Acquisitions

Worthington Group

Senterra Energy

RockRose Energy

Silver Falcon

Highland Natural Resources

Bluebird Merchant Ventures

Opera Investments

Levrett

Upland Resources

CIC Gold

What a line-up. Monthly updates to follow.
