Oh dear. More on the woes of the fraud Worthington (WRN) later as it heads for a winding up order. But it seems that one of the shysters behind this scam, Allan Biggar (see HERE) is also in the merde.

An application for Bankruptcy was made against Biggar in the Royal Courts of Justice on 4th August 2016. A hearing was heard in his absence and adjourned on 16 September. Biggar’s lawyer has managed to stall things so far – until Midday November 29th 2016. Allan you can run but you cannot hide, the wolves are circling.

Perhaps one of your pals like Craig Whyte and Aiden Earley might liquidate an overseas account and bail you out? Or maybe you have season tickets to Banstead Athletic you might hock?

The hearing will be held in the Rolls Buildings at the High Court. If you need directions why not ask your pal Aiden?
