Disclosure: Financial Investigative Media Limited, which is not owned by Tom Winnifrith but by a trust for his dependants, owns shares in companies mentioned in this article. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Nomad Cairn has not resigned as adviser to Cloudtag (CTAG) even though it has lied to investors on a serial basis and committed Securities fraud. Cairn's reputation is thus in tatters. It thus begs the question of how any of its other clients are frauds, how many are simply not investment grade material and how many of the few good clients will want to be associated with the disgraced Nomad for much longer as it will not help their share prices to be linked to this rotten, stinking adviser. The clients are listed below by AIM or ISDX category.
Some of the companies below are either outright frauds (Jiasen) or just plain car crashes - Onzima, All Star, Milestone Group. All of those have featured on this website many times before and that Cairn is prepared to act for any of them says all you need to know about London's joint worst nomad - in a tie with Fatty Cornish.
With such low grade companies making up the bulk of the client list you can understand why Cairn won't resign any account - it has bills to pay and judging by the shrinkage it its net curret assets in its last set of accounts at Companies House, it is not exactly coining it in.
For historic reasons there are three companies I think are rather good and where we own shares which use Cairn ( Fox Marble, Optibiotix and Premaitha). I shall be wrirting to all three urging them to upgrade Nomad and to avoid the reputational damage of using an adviser who things nothing of signing off on outright lies and acting for the most blatant fraud on AIM. I would urge anyone else who owns shares in any of the companies below to seend a similar message to the CEOs of companies using the Pond life - sack Cairn now!
Cairn has got to be made to understand that the financial damage it suffers from NOT resigning an account which is shown to be a fraud is very real. Right now the money grubbing bastards think they are financially better off from continuing to bank Cloudtag's retainer. I hope that this is shown not to be the case.
