Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Yesterday, in the late afteroon, Worthington (WRN) promoter Aiden Earley emailed to say that as a result of a bearcast of 4 December he was taking legal action against me. Having relistened to that bearcast HERE he was talking cock. But that was just a pretence, for earlier that day Earley had launched a fantastic website threatening to destroy me which has delighted Bulletin Board morons who invest in frauds. Here are some of the cracking tweets I have received:
The first thing to note is that in alleging that I knicked £100,000 from a company called CTS and also that I burned down the Worship Street Offices of RSH in an insurance scam he has libelled me. The fire in question destroyed a whole block, started in a restaurant around the corner and there is a full Fire Brigade report into that. Here is a press report on how it started. And here is a subsequent report (it started with a kiss). The blaze in the East Room engulfed the whole block including our offices which of course were insured.
Oh my fried Aiden: why believe BB loons and not do a quick Google search as you have now committed clear libel as a result. Oh dear. Oh dear..
As to the £100,000 - yes it was stolen but not by me but by a fraudster. Investors were compensated in full. Mr Earley has merely cut and pasted the silliest and most defamatory BB Moron accusations and as such opened himself up to a libel case not that he has any cash so is there any point in suing? I'm pondering the matter.
The BB morons are now painting Earley as a hero and expect other companies I have exposed to rally to his cause. Even total fraudsters like Rob Terry would think twice about rallying to the standard of Aiden who was sent to prison for corporate theft, struck off as a company director, declared bankrupt and was involved in Worthington which is a fraud.
Aiden seems to think that I am responsible for the demise of Worthington (WRN) which is now run by an administrator and has suffered a First Gazette notice for winding up. So it is my fault that no accounts have been published for the years ended September 30 2014, 2015 and 2016? It is my fault that the UKLA demanded Worthington publish a re-admission document which it could not publish? It is my fault that it has bought a stream of businesses which are worthless and have gone bust? It is my fault that Worthington has run out of cash and thus is set for bankruptcy? It is my fault that Worthington's pension fund lent £3 million it could not afford to Craig Whyte for his Rangers bid? It is my fault that Worthington itself had to seek a CVA? It is my fault that Worthington tried to do an RTO with a company that went bust (Nuna)? Really? We all know that is rubbish.
If Earley wants to go to court go ahead. His track record and that of Worthington is clear. I have already spoken to one lawyer who will act pro bono if I wish to sue Earley for libel as that is a slam dunk. Earley would have to prove his allegations which since they, are false and official documents exist showing that, would be impossible.
If Aiden wishes to waste his cash on launching a spurious legal action to distract from the real reasons Worthington is going down the toilet he can go ahead. I shall see the bitchez in Court and win. Perhaps it is about time that these bastards were sunk once and for all.
You can see Earley's rantings in full HERE. Read the lot and go ahead and make your own judgement about the thought processes of a man who can produce such nonsense. And you will see why I am not exactly shitting bricks.
That supporters of Cloudtag and other scams are rallying to Earley's cause shows that they are a) morally bankrupt and b) just plain thick.
Never miss a story.
